  1. good luck with the pups rew. hopefully all works out for you.
  2. young otter perhaps? or she was bang on the money with what she saw i know otters are getting more and more common. ive seen them in the strangest of places. i was coming back from a lamping trip one night and my mate ran one over feck knows what it was doing there as i couldnt think of a good source of water for it anywhere close.
  3. if you didnt know any better you would think it was her own pup.
  4. lol. the only pic which wasnt out of focus was the one of the woman lol
  5. Best answer for a while, the man behind the dog is what makes the dog, some men have it some don't some just pretend lol great answer that mate atb AT thanks mate
  6. that looks a fare old sandwich marshman. i like a plain old cheese and pickle sandwich myself with a packet of plain crisps.
  7. a good combination of breeding is a great start. but the man behind the dog plays a major part in getting the dog where it needs to be, both physically and mentally. there are men out there who just always seem to have a good dogs. they must just have good stockmanship in being able to pick the right puppy to start with or its just luck, which i very much doubt.
  8. i give them as much as they will eat. and has much varitey of stuff as possible as i cant stand fussy fecking eaters when they are adults.
  9. they look my sort of dogs. i also like a couple of others on here would be interested to hear how they are getting on.
  10. fare play gaz you are having a spout of bad luck with your dogs. look on the bright side shes still here to run another day mate, and hopefully its a lesson learnt for her. as has allready been said she is plenty young enough to heal up just fine.
  11. nice looking pup that iww. i am looking forward to seeing many more pics of days out with your whippet and the new additions (ferrets and pup)
  12. if you have been able to see the dogs work for yourself why are you not able to source a pup from them?
  13. ive found that my dogs can have good stamina on dry food alone, but a good balance of meat and dry food does improve stamina in a dog. ive never fed just raw but i wouldnt emagine that there would be much if any difference between just a meat diet and a good balance of dry food and meat.
  14. he looks nicely relaxed in the first pic

  17. ive just watched my mum die of asophicus cancer she died 3 weeks ago today. she was diagnosed just before christmas and was told that due to her age and the weight she had allready lost during the time it took to find out what it was that it was inoperable. she was given one course of radio therapy and had a stint fitted to help her out. when she died i bet she only weighed the grand total of 4 stone if that. i have been amazed on how long it took her body to litterally starve to death. (i wouldnt wish that on anybody)it took weeks after she stopped eating for her die, she just lived on sips o

  21. there should be a chance in the law in this country with terminal illnesses, the right to have your self put to sleep should be brought in without any doubt in my mind
  22. jimmy the jacker seems to suit you lol its allready been said to you. we have to try and stick together, every change we get in the law to favor hunting with dogs is a step closer to getting the ban lifted. we all need to stick together or else the ban on hunting with dogs is just the start. they will come up with reasons to ban hunting with ferrets, hawks, fishing etc etc. we all have a right to do something we enjoy.
  23. a good greyhound over a dutch herder bitch like this could produce some tidy half crosses. i for one would be willing to take a punt
