  1. Your a snob, what's up with old Rambo :-)
  2. I found myself nodding away at most of those especially the cheap toilet paper, nothing worse than sticking your finger up a shitty ringpiece
  3. If you've got a working relationship with the huntsman and things are going well in the field it's easy enough to be left to get on with the job at your own discretion. Or you could just move to Wales where the rule "if it gets in it gets killed" prevails.
  4. If I understood him right it was the beginning, not the end. All lines have to start somewhere, even if it wasn't the beginning of the line why wouldn't you add a new branch when the bitch was a top bitch ?
  5. The only thing I will not accept is cowardice, once they've made the mental decision that things are to much for them and they don't like the sharp end there's no coming back. I don't mean they walked because they couldn't work out where their fox had gone or they lacked the confidence to push tight, I mean outright spew or refusal to look at the game. We've all seen that sullen look they give you, tail down low slung sulking b*****ds almost like they're ashamed of themselves, if I see that then it's down the road.
  6. Everyone is different, some loose their drive for work some don't. Some quit cold when in season but get stupid hard when they've finished. I once asked an old chap who I had a lot of respect for the same question and he answered it in the best way possible "it's womans problems mate, men weren't meant to understand" hormones are a funny thing.
  7. You just liked the double tone, you know it's under the six foot mark then lol
  8. I've used all of them and honestly can't find any difference. At least the B&F was designed to do the job and they'll fix it if it breaks. The pieps is as good as the brick but the noise did my head in and the sliding switch often breaks

  10. I don't like any form of hole ending, it's counter productive and illegal. Your youngsters don't know if the animals dead or alive, I'd personally shoot it then put a wall of soil in the way to encourage them to dig on and to let them get hot blooded before they make contact ;-)
  11. Totally agree, nothing ruins a prospective youngster faster than a hole end. Letting a youngster into a set of waiting teeth while the young terrier is in it's cold blood is the most stupid thing most terrier men do. It's the vote Labour syndrome "my dad did so I will" :-)
  12. I'm guessing you meant hole ending ISN'T FOR YOU FD
  13. Get bigger shovels, make bigger holes
  14. A half sister to the terriers in the other pictures. None of the pups were planned, it sounds terrible stockmanship but the first litter I had the choice of termination but I was told by the vet she may not bresk down again so that was a no no. The litter in question I didn't have any say in because I was in hospital with a broken back and neck. No one knew she'd been caught and everyone denied knowledge lol.
  15. They've got a look about them if you cherry pick.
  16. Litter brother on the right and the brother to the older dog next to him
  17. She's a little cracker mate, she'll fill out to be a nice bitch.
  18. Been there done that, I've run out of steam
  19. A good show and a good laugh every year, I'll be back this year.
  20. In no way shape or form am I taking anything away from Tam, I've never heard a bad word spoken about the man.
