There's 7 of us now in total in this business, me and my bro can flip between office abd site, 3 full time site lads and a couple of office bods... just use subby gangs for the excess work now, half of the gangs around here have started with us, trained up, then f****d off lol... saves me holiday pay etc.. my days of employing loads are long gone, don't want the overhead anymore... I've got a few plates spinning now, so wear a different hat every other day lol...

My mate went up to Cardiff last night, his lad is at uni there and had a rugby final today... so my mate and his mate booked a place last night to be up abd ready to watch the game... just messaged me to say its off... waste of hotel and time.. he ain't happy lol

"Could you rip the carpet up and put that wood flooring we've got over down in the little room"... she asks me last Saturday... So up comes the carpet and the floor is like a dish...10 bags of self levelling later, done in stages and its ok ish! "I'll tell you what, whilst the floors up abd its messy, we should paint it" she says... I love the "WE" in this sentence... So off we go on Sunday and buy paint.. Finally start getting some floor down. This is the left overs of a reclaimed floor we got for the cottage...I done the old squinty look
