Ex heavyweight world champion mate...??
-
Pretty much anyone could grow some tomatoes... could do it in a window box if you haven't got a garden... you'd have to eat in season...but that's Ok isn't it?
-
That's about it for me, they haven't broke the will of the people, or changed their view that they do not want to become part of Russia, they had banked on the majority of people wanting to reunite, so absolutely smashing the country to bits would not achieve the objective. I get the whole argument about Nato/The EU moving ever further East, but in the main the people of these countries do not want to return to the old USSR regime... Ukraine has proven that in many ways.
-
It really depends on what side of the argument you choose to believe, have Russia lost 150k soldiers in the conflict? or is that bullshit propaganda... has Ukraine killed 14k Ukranians or are they Russian? I don't believe Putin can just roll into a sovereign country and take parts as his own, his real goal was to over throw the government and force a political change which favoured Russia or reunited with Russia, it would appear that the Ukranians are prepared to fight for their sovereignty even if they do not fully side with Zelensky, I'm sure many Ukranians do not want him as a leader
-
The idea was all of the Ukranians would uprise against their leaders and join the Russian army to become Russian (again) as they had an affinity with Russia that was stronger than to the "new state" of Ukraine, they would welcome the Russians with open arms and the war would be over in few weeks... it would appear that the Ukranians aren't so keen to become part of Russia after all and are prepared to fight for the way of life they are now accustomed to... from that you'd have to argue life as Russians is not as rosy as being part of a western thinking/moving country... whether its a land grab

Us atheists are a boring lot when you come to think about it!! lol

Quadruple? ? Regardless of what is won or lost by the end of the season, this is a UTD side again, last night was a great game of football as was lasts weeks first leg, there is an energy, fitness around the team again, the play forward quickly.. get a proper centre forward and another midfielder next year and they will be challengers again... It's been a really enjoyable season so far with Newcastle pushing hard, Brighton and Fulham playing some nice stuff, Arsenal back around the top of the league with a real title challenge... for me I still think Man City will have a bit too much

That's it mate.. It just looked really sneaky as well, going in grabbing the fox, stuffing it up his coat, hiding behind the wall while cars went by... we all know the crack but it just doesn't look good... with urban spread true un inhibited free ground is rarer and rarer and the more the hunt comes in contact with private properties/home owners and all.tje cctv that goes with it the harder it will be to justify the practice...it matters not if we don't agree with the general public view, as we are a small minority in the grand scheme of things who still enjoy hunting...
-
That's going to be the crux of it... dogs jumping into gardens and killing a fox, running across roads and potentially causing accidents jusy doesn't look good, no matter how you argue it... Its tough to convince people who don't hunt that this is ok...
-
Dont f***ing encourage him mate!! Lol
-
????... Good lad, if only he could stop you typing as well we would all get some relief!! Lol
-
Just needed McHull to cook the steak and it would've been perfect! Lol

What a bloke! Great story that, gave all his winnings away as well! -
Ha that would be good! Would probably cost us the sane amount as we make for charity to have him down and cook/supply meat! Mind you Dan the man supplies amazing meat every year...you just have to put up with me and Sean cooking it! Lol
-
I agree that everyone likes it a different way, I dont agree that cooking a good piece of steak well done is not f***ing it up however, it dries the meat out imo... Good steak should be medium at a push but no more imo.. rib eye for instance needs to be cooked more than a fillet as it has more fat running through it, so you need to cook it through to get the best flavours, medium would be my choice for a rib eye.. The steak last night was cooked on the bone, so you have it all the same, I suppose you could put your slice back on the heat of you want to cook it more... As long as the

Exactly that mate, potato omelette... I really like it, what ever its called and where it comes from lol
-
Medium rare... exactly how I'd want it..but not for everyone I suppose. Decent chefs don't give you a choice, they won't ruin a steak to suit your pallete.... pompous fuckers! Lol
-
Quite right, I just had to Google and fritatta is Italian omelette... always thought it was Spanish!
-
Spoilt rotten last night! We have guests staying in the cottages, down from Liverpool, this is their 3rd trip in less than 12 months and they are real decent people... he is a bbq chef and she has a bakery...this time he brought his butcher who supplies him for events... They asked if they could cook for us in the cottage last night...um yes please!... he brought his egg bbq and another type of smoker... Well it was amazing... 2 types of steak, pork belly, I caught some rabbits yesterday and skinned 3 for them they put the legs in some type of rub and bbq them.. they cooked for
