Sheets will come in any length mate ( cut to size, within reason, we're just ordering a job now with sheets just over 8m), it will all depend if they are running a load near you, they my well have 2nds knocking about, you'd have to pick then up from a site they'd be delivering to... I deal with them a lot so let me know if you want me to ask them mate..

What's the total area mate? Sorry just saw your post, This is what my company do mate ( steel frames and cladding), you could do with tagging it onto an order local, I could have a word with Euroclad for you, they deliver nation wide, if theyve got a run up that way they might tag on for you free of charge..

It was on last night Gnash, but your right it's an old repeat..

It's hard to really judge someone from what you see on telly, but you can normally make a fair enough guess if they come over as a prick.... Frank never did, on top of that he was a world champion and that can't be taken lightly.... As you said mate I too wish him all the best...

Just watched it, always came over as a decent straight up type of bloke and this programmed reinforced that for me... He got in with some tough men, deserves a bit more credit than he got IMO...

Pm on its way lol

It was mate . i'm going take a few more mates up there this year it's such a good stretch . I bet it's hard work not wetting a line in that weir pool mate . your boy sounds like a trooper fair play to him There was a salmon angler on the other bank, I may have had a rod with me but I ended up just watching lol.. The end if the pool was full of mullet too, but the next bit if fishing is a bit further down, Fin is a good lad, he was casting and baiting for himself today.. Come the end if the year he'll be set I'd say.. He didn't want to get up at 5, but fair play to him the thoug

Yeah mate, the breakwater is basically a wall that goes out into the sea, there is one right in Dawlish town centre and a small one at the end if Dawlish warren beach... Feathering is the most common way to fish for mackerel, it's dead simple, cast out a string of feathers with a weight at the end ( fish the biggest weight your rod can handle) you then jerk the rid back as you retrieve, basically sweep the rod back and windup the slack, then cast out and do it again.. When the mackerel are in you can catch 6 at a time, I don't take loads of fish personally but some will take home a hundred fis

That's a bit cruel, it would probably starve to death.. What with the fox eating all the pheasants lol

Probably a bit of mackerel fishing mate, what kit have you got? If you've got a carp rod you could fish a float of some feathers off the breakwater, I use a lightweight float rod fit some of my eel fishing for bass, it's a nice way to fish just letting the eel drift with the current. What type of fishing do you do normally?

How did you get on mate?

The back beach ( into the estuary) and along the spit at the far end of the beach can be decent for bass, you'll need peeler or live eels you can get a water taxi accross to Exmouth docks for your eels ( they sell them somewhere near the back beach too but I'm not sure where) or in teingmouth, look up Wrigglers ( I'll try and get you a number if you struggle), it's only a fiver for around 40 eels.. You'll need fairly light gear for the eel fishing just use them free lined with only a swivel on the mainline/ trace connection or if it's really pulling a small drilled bullet to bounce it along..

Your wife sounds very similar to mine Chris, it's nice to keep yourself busy but you don't need a wife moaning about it, I've not fished the Parret, I've fished the Tone a fair bit around Taunton, had some good days on there... I'll try and get up for a session on the Parret sometime.... Now onto today.. R.A.W, the wildlife was fantastic, the fishing was so bad me and Fin ( my boy) spent half an hour at least on a stretch below watching the salmon jumping in the weir pool, it rained from 5-30 until we left at 1 and there was a strong wind blowing downstream... It was utter crap, I picke

Definitely mate, that would be good thanks..I met up with an old mate yesterday, he's got a few spots in the Exe I don't know about so we're going for an evening next week, on the eels again ( you can get them at Exmouth docks)... I'd love a session on the Dart mate, I've never fished it from the shore, been out with Dave Harrison on Gemini, on the skerries a few times and wrecking quite a bit out of there. Every time I've gone down the river on the boat I e promised I'll fish the shore but not got round to it... not fished on Gemini yet. went out on outlaw with owen in feb and had a blindin
