Cheers mate, thought it was 14", sure it was 12" then went up to 14", Cheers for the heads up, like I say I put more back than I take... It's the bigger breeding stock which should be conserved IMO anyway..

The bass are in the estuary and the rivers are open.. It was a tough call but the bass won, Me and fin had a nice few hours after work on the Teign estuary and ended up with a couple of nice bass on live eels for tomorrow's tea. Great fishing on really light gear ( 6lb line and braid) just a hook and swivel, them let the live eel run down with the flow, missed a few good takes but they're there for another day.... It'll be the river next...

Thats the same Costa Rica who beat Uruguay and had one of the best defensive records in qualifying? Lol, yes the that's them... Afraid you'll lose Mr T, England will get through with 2 wins no worries ( ever the optimist lol)

They could lose and still go through, if, Italy win all there games and England win and score enough against Costa Rica they'll go through on goal difference.....

You'll be in Grantham soon then Next one for us is in Sheldon ( Birmingham), then Derby and reading, There's a few contractors on the list so someone else has probably got that one mate. if theres any scrap you no who to call......... if your staying over mate let me no and ill show the delights of derby lol might even take you to the radley boat pub....... Won't be on it myself mate, but I'll try and get up for a site visit and a night over.... Not much scrap mate...... I'm too tight with my ordering lol

Sounds a great start Socks, We want to try and keep the comp going if poss, so maybe not in August as it could clash..

I'm sure a small affair could be put together with a bit of effort. I'm sure with all the land owners we would all know, a bit of land could be provided at a small fee. The problem being the set up of a show, it would take a good few days I reckon, so fir some it would be a week off work setting it up. I like the idea though, get this years comp sorted and see what we could sort.. It could be no more than a social gathering to start with and move on from there maybe?

I think we just miss a match winner a platt owen, shearer type player , Sturbridge had looked sharp all year, I'm hoping one of these youngsters explodes on the scene, like Owen, maybe sterlin... Or even Barkley. There's some talented lads there, and there's real pace, Gerrard could have a big tournament too..

Woke up in a hotel room with my mate in Ibiza, long time back, the 2 girls had left the room and we were looking over at each other, from the single beds given it the " good job" look lol.... He gets up to go for a piss and he's wearing the bird he's pulled hot pants from the night before, I near on fell out of the bed pissing myself with laughter...

I reckon we'll reach the quarter finals, I think then we may well meet the eventual winners.... Italy won't like our pace, and Uruguay are more than beatable, draw with the Italians, beat the Uruguayans and the Costa Ricans.... Tough game against the Ivory Coast, just pip them in hard game.. Meet either Brazil or Spain in the quarters.... That's our final... Who knows, Come on England..
