    i am not sure what you are asking . a common problem can be the little o ring between the air cylinder and the gun .the little o ring is on the gun at the piont where the two parts screw together .

    If they were that good there would be loads out there . I did have one i fitted in a ligntning work very good for a short while . I would stick with a spring .

    if you are rounding nuts and having a hard time with a scope a pcp my not be a good idea just yet . a real tough springer untill you get the hang of it might be best . your next thing if you get this right is scope creep

    you may be able to put a bit of packing in the bottom of the rear scope mount . also your mounts may be out by reversing the mounts front to the back and back to the front that may work . also different pellets will effect a bit . check your barrel is shutting tight and there is nothing stopping it shutting properly .

    the basic black widow type . The pouch is a bit big the bands are a bit strong for light ammo . They are good to hold with the wrist brace , this stops you hitting your hand and you have to hold the bands square . If you wish to stay with the black widow you can get new bands or make your own with smaller pouch and the correct strength rubber for ammo . this said i have moved to making my own catapults out of ply wood and flat bands . I still have my blackwidow from the 70s I did like it a lot when i first got it . you can get cheap catapults like the old black widows very cheap the newer blac

    your regulator is leaking . this is giving to much pressure at the firing valve . If the pressur in the bottle drops to 90 bar at a guess this will prove this MAYBE your guns power may go up .I would say the regulator need some new o ring .dont know your regulator this is my first guess.

    a 177 needs more air to get the same power as a 22 . in the old bsa air sporter there is a finite amount of air in the cylinder limiting the power . no matter how much spring you add the power will stay at 10 ft lbs 22 or 9 ft lbs 177 . my dad would piss me of slagging of my webley super target 177 saying it was not as good as his air sporter 22 he had as a kid . I had no problems hunting with my mark three super target .

    Many a true word has been said in jest................... with a little effort . with a piece pipe used as a barrel a cap gun could be used as an action for a muzzle loading gun . if elastic and coat hanger wire were not avalible . you never know maybe just ban gap guns . they are part of gun culture after all .

    years ago i used i think 1 inch maybe smaller square mild steel bar . cut the bar into cubes and shot that . the cutting power of this ammo is amazing put one cube straight through a street piegon like putting an air gun pellet through a fag packet .

    You must be a bit too young to recall the Great Crash of 1929... the central banks are private companies . they lend us coloured paper with pictures and numbers on . we owe this paper back to them plus interest which we can never find .     i shoot off and on mostly off. if i am going shooting something live i will shoot a bit then with the gun i am going to use . to check it out and get my eye in .

    the best thing to do is get some leather ,tube and strong cord ( i use bcy,inc. crossbow serving works well but some very heavy fishing braid or thin para cord ect will work) . Or get some theraband gold , a roller cutter and a cuttung board for it . You can make your own if you start shooting a lot to get accurate you will get through a lot of bands . if your using flat bands you must have no sharp edges on your catapult . all the information is on you tube

    walther rotex r8 . only seen the odd vid these are regulated i think . hw 100 from experience are good but they cost .

    i had this problem getting a spare part . so i got the part from holland or may be germany . the part in the hw still worked i wanted a spare for if it went wrong or if the gun was taken apart ect . hull cartride would sent me a new part if i sent them the old one . at present the problem has been fixed with a new o ring with out stripping the gun . you could buy a second hand gun local or by post if private sale .

    I got some from ebay they were made of good leather but they were made inaccurate so rubbish . i found an old leather handbag and made my own out of that .

    i was just wondering does any one know what is the actual plastic used for the plastic pellets with metal core acetal ,delrin,nylon,HDPE , ect . I know they shoot terrible just want to know what is the plastic .

    i read that , i dont know when but i went out shooting with a few pushbike lights on my head in the early 80s for sure . i wonder if i read about the light carry on in the late 70s

    my ram failed so i put in a spring but i made parts top hat and spring guide. the top hat is harded carbon steel , polished that can spin on a ptfe disc and a tight fitting delrin spring guide . it is better than the ram for sure . the ram was good while it lasted .
