    not knowing the sizes of hw80 or the hw 90 . if the barrels are ment to be the same size but just a few thou. out your adapter may be a little to tight . a few years back a friend had a commeta rifle and a silencer ment to fit , but didnot . with the tools available at the time a drill , wood dowel and course sand paper I got the silencer to fit by opening up the inside dia of the silencer . A lathe would be the best thing to use

    a long long long time ago reading and airgun mag . John Darling was writing how to shoot wood pigeons at night with an air gun but you could only use moon light . So this time of year was great when the leaves have fallen and the silhouette of the pigeon was obvious .Things may have changed .

    you will have to learn how to aim a sling shot without the sight . Then how to set up the sight will be obvious but it will just be a fine tune and it may not help at all .

    golf range finders , the cheap ones use the standard flag height on the green, you measure the height of the flag to judge your distance . you need a lazer range finder

    I got a 120 pounds ish range finder some years back . Mildot scope and a range finder for shooting rabbits is a must for me now . I would not bother to try and shoot rabbits without a rangefinder now . Best thing I ever bought to aid shooting .

    are or were they made by fx . I have a verminator a very nice gun I now have a soft spot for fx guns . fx are never mentioned much but a very good gun .

    rolyan orange or green green has more power . I found this stuff ok . theraband tube i dont know about . but the bigger your ammo the bigger your bands will have to be . you have to match your bands with your ammo . so to get the bands you want people will have to know what ammo you will be using and how much power you hope to get ... but for general shooting i found the rolyan orange and green ok . i am using theraband gold ftat bands at the moment but would still use the rolyan stuff , flat bands make a lot of noise compared to tubes .

    I have been messing with starship sling shots . i have now made one i like . i cant post pictures . ..a few good things are better accuracy and more power . one main thing i like is you get 6 ft lbs + out of 9.5 mm 10 mm bb.s these are cheap to bulk buy . one draw back is the sling shot wont fit in a pocket but i have added a torch to mine . people out there should give them a try .

    the point in voting is for the sheep to think they control there lives . the people who financed oliver cromwell to bring us democracy still run this country to day by giving us the illusion , we control our lives with democracy and voting .

    I would not recommend this scope .I have one evrything about this scope and mounts are very good except for one thing it WILL NOT HOLD ITS ZERO . It is a pity it may just be my scope but if you want an inch or more groups at 20 yards this scope is the one .

    looking on the net some time back . the problem with old FWB the seal will be funked for sure it is a plastic of some kind . you will get problems with an old gun you get them with new guns also .

    yes..... . looking at the gun one spring is a lot more powerful than the other . The gun may just work with one spring. the one in the front piston but the chain would do a lot of work maybe to much . As the front piston moves when the gun is shot the chain pulls the rear piston forward .The chain is rapped round a pulley in the front of the air cylinder .The pistons are well made one has a slot in it that lets the air shoot upwards into the barrel . Dispite the problems I still like the gun unlike a once owned stealth . There is still one problem left but I will live with that the latch syste

    I am not to sure of that . the gun was shooting all over the place . on close inspection I found there was a bur or two or three in the barrel at the point where the pellet starts to engage the rifling . I had to make a tool to get in the barrel and remove them . also the crown was one big round bur .I fixed that with a ball bearing and lapping paste .It could still do with a bit more work but for now thats it . the gun groups ok with the odd flyer the start of the rifling is still a little rough but the pellets come out looking ok . To shoot the gun accurately the heavy trigger is a problem

    OK . I have fixed the bolt problem taken the gun apart and cleaned it with new grease . The gun is shooting 10.5 ftlbs so all is good . the trigger is a bit heavy . does any one know about the trigger adjustment on this gun . there is a big screw saying turn me right near the trigger but I will wait a bit .

    I have just got a rh91, 93 air rifle ..the problem at present or first problem found is . The probe that pushes the pellet down the barrel is to short or appears to be . Using the bolt action there is an o ring that does not go into the barrel and seal the breach when loading and shooting . So i took the bolt out of the gun the bot has three components its a handle, a body , and a probe . there is an oring and something holding the probe and body together. I am not sure what .It could be to a very fine allen screws or a very fine cross pin .Fine allen screws would make some sents this would me

    in the late 70s i think it was . i read in an air gun mag JOHN DARLING saying it was ok to shoot pigeons at night . He was not using lights that was illegal . So the method used was moonlight and trees with no leaves . At night the silhouette of the pigeon can be seen though a scope . dont know if it is different today .

    i made my own..... cheap camera , cheap battery , cheap tv screen the things that cost a bit were the lens that replaces the wide angle lens in the security camera and the ir light . it cost 70 quid about for the lot . with the correct scope the sight picture is fantastic . the problem is there is all this stuff on your gun but it can go day and night vision eazy . if i hade my time again i would go the proton stuff . i also have an old school yukon night sight very heavy and very poor picture.

    the one i had was a blind chick when i got it . had to feed it on moisend dry cat food .

    Barry that sounds terrific. Just watching them in the wild is fascinating. I bet they are as good as parrots or myna birds better than a parrot .
