    What you eat before bed time plays a big part , i try not to eat after 6.clock on work days and avoid caffeine including coco cola also avoid alcohol , that seem to help

    Low carb and low sugar has reduced my type 2 levels dramatically , wish i knew about it 20 years ago things would have been a lot different Said it before on a similar topic Garry Brecka does some interesting podcasts on the subject , well worth listening to

Sovs where top detectors in there day just had a slow recovery speed Xp seem to do decent detectors , mates got one and seems to do well with it Im still using an explorer se which is ok but heavy , might see about upgrading to an equinox in the future
