    I had 6yrs out one of them cheap leather 7.50 collars I only replaced it because I felt like the old bitch deserved a new one it was still serviceable to use bit stretched but usable the strong stuff ones are good if your budget allows

    Used to Normally put cheap shit collars on my dogs like the £7.50 jobbies from game fairs because I don’t think a collar is really that important. keeping the roof over my kids heads an food in there belly’s was always more important to me the collar in the picture I payed £20 for from a racing event just over a year ago I wanted something nice because I had spare cash not the expensivest thing out there but nice enough it sits redundant now as the breeder of my young bitch got her a strong stuff lead an collar set as a gift as the bitch has been doing so well.     The one for me that cracks me up is when you see dogs off here or other media an there selling pups on pets 4 homes an the like under there misses name because they know people will give them stick ? I always get a cheeky grin when I see that gotta let em crack on up to them what they do or charge I don’t get involved I’ve had my fun winding people up over the yrs who keep nocking litter after litter out of shit or off young dogs let em crack on it don’t effect me as I’m not buying

    Probably the worse pairing for a organise fight I’ve ever seen one bloke been training for 17yrs so he said with boxing an stuff an kept himself in reasonable condition an one bloke obese that looked like he’d done 12 rounds in the chip shop that day within throwing a few slow punches at the beginning of the fight was blowing out his ass for the remainder of the fight

    Think if I was to ever breed again an sell surplus I’d ask maybe £350 a pup id give close friends pups for free if they wanted one no problem but wouldn’t give them to people I don’t know in this game I’ve been there done that to many wankers in this game that paint a picture of being good honest dog people that turn out to be horrible scumbags or only in for a pup to profit out of it

    Love a good open fire or log burner always had a open fire when younger an at home then left home an got a flat with no fire place then moved to a new build because my misses wanted a new build I told her it’d be soulless in a new build as they have no character that was in the town Id had enough of being in a town plus expanding family so we moved to a village one of my on the list was a log burner would be going in ASAP expensive to have installed but worth every penny ??It’s a lovely heat far better than from radiator heat an excellent to sit in front of with a nice cuppa an the dogs after

    Over the last 7yrs ferreting as just got worse an worse it’s become to much effort round here there’s no numbers about 3yr ago I got rid of all mine I do miss the days of a good ferreting trip on permission and I liked keeping my own breeding of ferrets but to keep em an not have enough work for em was a no from me it wasn’t viable to keep em no more so they went sadly. I have got use of a hob any time I wanna use him to keep him active he’s a decent hob tbh he’s a medium size shifts rabbits an don’t lay up I’ve a few more little trips this season for the hob??Good luck for the weekend mate ho

    Little ferret trip to mop up a few stragglers I’m not really a ferreting man these days I’ve pretty much jacked on ferreting as I find it boring tbh stood about like a Wolly as there’s not a lot of rabbit Warrens active enough to ferret an make a trip out of worth while it’s just pockets of rabbits id much rather lamp em it’s just this little spot I ferreted has been hard to clear on the lamp they don’t wanna hang about the minute the beams on em they don’t even offer a run they know what the lamp is an it wasn’t my doing I think road siders have been trying there luck the owner wanted them go

    If I was expecting the offspring to be day an night I’d go greyhound or saluki greyhound longdog if your anal about gotta be out of working sight hound blood but as your at the beginning it makes no difference if you gunner stand over a Warren it makes no difference what sight hound you put it but I’ve always said why restrict ones self gotta be ready for any party if breeding

    It don’t have to be a half x to half cross it can be tweaked to the cross % you think might suit your needs I’ve bred collie beddy Lurcher hybrids that’s what I keep use now they tick boxes for me an our little click that use the type they can just be used for a bit of everything no matter what the job is there not specialists dogs for one job

    Keep your head down do your own thing who cares what anyone else does if field sports is banned so be it I’ll loose a bit of permission I mainly freelance any how but I’d not loose any sleep over permission to be on a bit of land to legally run rabbits id just push forward doing my own thing most of us ain’t exactly ligit so it won’t effect us any way the only ones it will effect is people who lamp only on permission or shoot on permission. Tbh I couldn’t care less what the likes of packham does or if a full hunting ban is put in place it’ll not effect me or many other freelances who love runn
