  1. oh yeah scary accurate. Brilliant round.
  2. I think in the 'olden' days' (one for you then Ditch ) there was some kind of government incentive plan for killing rats which some people made a career of. You took your sack full of tails down to the local cop shop or council building and got paid per tail. Now-a-days you could earn a few quid selling them to the locak chinkey for 'sweet n' sour' chicken balls.
  3. I wouldn't place too much confidence in the so called 'bulls eye' method. Its sounds far too much like the method i used before i came on this forum and learned any better. I think its bollocks. Check out the threads from Snareman and Woodga... they give invaluable advice and tips. Woodga's DVD is a blinder as well.

    CATS!!!!

I used to be quite fond of cats when my mum had one... this soon wore off when i was rubbing stinking shit off my hands after collecting veg from my garden and finding that it all stinks of tom cats piss . Got to say i found my mates battery powered MP5 rapid-fire automatic bb gun a most effective deterrent.
  5. Good last point Frank... Whilst I think it is important to keep the old skills alive i don't think we should turn our noses up at a more effective alternative. Maybe on an easy bury in light soil it would be a laugh to send a ferret in every once in a while with no collar and go old school. Leaving rabbits underground is a pointless wastes (IMHO) and having to use a line ferret and having to dig a hole every few feet would be a right fag or 'listening to the spade' to locate it or whatever.

Not sure of the legal's i'm afraid Needless to the say the 'it just came off in my hand' excuse wouldn't wash with the owner.
  7. well done bud what did you drill him with? :moil:
  8. I'd stop mixing the meths and asprin if i was you mate... you lot are going down. Better start greasing yourselves up for the inevitable. :thumbs-up:
  9. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/devon/6368427.stm
  10. Here you go H&J... this should keep you going for a while.. http://www.bkcg.co.uk/Products/index.html
  11. No offers ... ok i'll sweeten the deal.... I'll throw in a large glitter ball, an '8 ball' restraining mask and half a tube of lube.
  12. Had this custom made for tonight but got the dimensions wrong and its too big for the room ... cost a few quid but will do a deal for a quick sale. My nights plans are ruined... don't miss out on a great opportunity
  13. :welcomeani: to the mixer bushart.
  14. What size wooded spoon do you want?... or do you have enough already
  15. Crikey... a few fox's there Bet there were a few curtains twitching with that lot on the lawn. Just goes to show how many of the feckers are around... 1200.The pile would probably be twice that height if people were allowed to do something about the number of sodding badgers! As for those mink... you'd have enough for a full length coat in no time
  16. I'd love to mate but left my ferrets are on 'permanent loan' with my mate back home (sussex) untill i find enough work for them to justify bringing them over. That and trying to convince the Mrs to let me have some 'pets' . If you know of anywhere for snaring or longnetting.....
  17. Thats a nice gesture i'm sure someone will appreciate it. Don't have any mates who work round Bristol do you?
  18. Nice deer... precision shooting from the grassy nole I know feck all about dogs or training but what you've done with him there screams good sense and i'm sure will have done him the world of good
  19. There are quite a few threads on this cartridge... just punch it in the search bit. As you ask though: Anchutz thumbhole (CZ do a .17HMR varmint which is qulaity as well), AGS 4-16 swat (wanted a better one but hey-ho), SAK mod, Fereral 17gr V-MAX and CCI TNT (can't make my mind up as both great.. maybe TNT for more edible quarry as thy hold together a bit more don't go splat quite so much but still rapid, flat and terminal... the gamepoint 20gr are also very accurate) Head shots at 150 yards with scary consistancy. You could use one to nightshoot but i'd leave that to a silenced
  20. Yep... rook... at a push (ie. borderline starvation) i may consider eating. As for crow... blah  Potted crow    :alcoholic:
