Do you not think that that is an infringement on free speech though. I mean if inciting harm is a justification for curtailing that most fundamental right then is it completely out there for the establishment to use the same argument against the likes of TR? I've heard it so many times that the likes of TR and Nigel Farage "normalise" far right views and many times stats are produced that show an increase in prejudice/assaults following such events with a causal implication. I think the only person that holds responsibility for harm is the perpetrator and to say otherwise risks the freedom so

Read the rest if you want a laugh. They're the f***ing enemy to every countryman/sportsman.

https://labour.org.uk/issues/animal-welfare-plan/ "Enhance and strengthen the Hunting Act, closing loopholes that allow for illegal hunting of foxes and hares."

Here's one for the free speech advocates; Who would support the right for a Islamic fundamentalist or Communist or Corbanista etc to speak freely in public? Someone with views which are totally against everything you personally believe in. Would you support their right to free speech provided they were not committing harm to anyone themselves?

I get you mate. For me the motivation for intent is the same as it always is, such an issue would be broadly popular and win them favour in the absence of actually achieving anything substantial. It's Labours version of "I'll build a wall!". I don't think the majority of folks give a toss about what the Commons are wasting their time debating. Be a great distraction from the mess they'd make of Brexit too. I hope you are right.

If your first statement was indicative to the answer to your question then I'd agree it is a good thing. Unfortunately I think the whole animal rights/anti hunting business is an easy sell to the modern Labour supporter (read anti Tory). They don't give toss really but equally nod in support. I honestly think it'd be an easy sell.
-
The Labour Party will fix that problem.

If all that was needed was a few photos to show 'non-intent' then surely it would have been completely reasonable to have doubt in the absence of them? "Justice"............ LOL There is a hunting related case going to trial shortly which is equally as unbelievable based on the evidence to date.

The right to free speech, free press, free belief should unite the right and left of a liberal democracy. Red or blue we should all be marching against such attacks. It's not an attack on the right, or an attack on the left, it's an attack on the foundations of liberal democracy! Unfortunately the only time anyone gives a f**k about that in the UK is when it's their political faction being oppressed. I don't know if folks are too stupid to grasp the importance of that or simply willing to risk that right to gain a win against their political enemies.

Proper smart little dog that.

I've just tried to swing having compassionate leave with work ............. they're not having it apparently!

I'm fully in agreement with you Scot. No admiration for the sneaky f***ing Russians here. But I'm also in agreement with Greymans last post. Banning RT is a form of control and makes the establishment's streams of propaganda less challenged. i wouldn't trust May and her authoritarian tendencies as far as I could chuck her. It's about the only thing she shares in common with Thatcher.

Legally I believe you can be granted a certificate and given a firearm and ammunition. There's no minimum age for unsupervised use of the firearm and will depend on the conditions of your cert again. Not sure about your second question. I'd assume the person giving you the firearm will need to be a cert holder.

It's lobbied by these modern 'canine behaviourists' that run training classes and f**k about playing flyball and agility. They think because they can train a dog to fetch a f***ing tennis ball in a sterile barn environment that "you should only use positive reinforcement" is somehow applicable to high drive proper working dogs. Fair enough, in a lot of cases a talented and experienced handler shouldn't and wont need one. They know how to enter a dog and how to avoid pitfalls that lead to unwanted behaviour. But how many dogs get wasted on the road to that level? I'm a shit dog handler by

I wish they'd all f**k off and leave us to anarchism. I've had a c**t full of all this bollocks. The whole job lot is a mockery.

A f***ing joke of a country. Is there actually any cases of these being misused? Or are we just banning shit now on the off chance? Wankers.

My Hunting Set Up For This Year...pic Heavy Warning
Born Hunter replied to Ted Newgent's topic in Big Game Hunting
I'd be surprised if the f***ing farm hand has all his fingers left looking at the state of that! Did he have his eyes shut and just start slashing FFS? -
I don't think so. The hunting act simply bans all hunting of mammals with dogs and then specifies exemptions. I might be wrong mate.

Raccoon dog

For a minute then a thought you meant Mad Dog Mattis. Not sure which would have surprised me more.
