Greyman has messaged me with the details of the guy he says is doing the scientific research on this. I wont share the name because its not mine to share. What I will say is the guy seems to be the real deal, he's an equine behaviour specialist but has relevant research interests to work on this at least and holds a respectable position in academia. If this fella publishes then there is something worth reading! Time will tell...

Tooth pit analysis is 100% accurate???? After you told me about this line of research I looked it up myself and the paper I read was all about the error in tooth pit analysis and it wasn't 100% or on the level of fingerprint accuracy. I'd appreciate if you could inform us when that paper is published please.

Makes me laugh them pissing and whining about the Leave campaign illegal funding and CA-esqu manipulation of the electorate. Just sweep straight over the government blowing £8M on their own propaganda campaign backing the Remain! That was f***ing outrageous! I actually want another referendum. Let's have one tomorrow, it's a Thursday, no risk of illegal funding or a propaganda machine interfering..... never get tired of the shear look of bewilderment on the tyrannical c**ts faces when they can't understand why WE voted the 'wrong' way.

Anyone watch Blindspot? It's a fictional FBI/Jason Bourne type drama but covers all sorts of elaborate government corruption and conspiracy. This whole thing reminded me of it.

I love it when data is 'racist'! The thought of liberals looking uncomfortable gives me a warm feeling.

What do you reckon to this Chris? Establishing the facts and evidence are always positive steps in politics. I will always support that. What often worries me though is how poorly the evidence is interpreted.

If what's on my news feeds is correct they did report on it..... calling the SRO "trigger happy". I'm taking that at face value though. I get as much pro gun conservative bullshit in my news feeds as CNN have liberal bullshit! LOL

Just heard he has died.

PARIS (Reuters) - A 45-year old lieutenant-colonel swapped himself in exchange of one of the hostages held in a supermarket in the southern France city of Trebes, a source close to the investigation said, confirming information first published by Le Figaro newspaper. https://uk.reuters.com/article/uk-france-security-swap/french-military-officer-swapped-himself-for-hostage-in-southern-france-source-idUKKBN1GZ202 Very honourable if true!

UA base layer with long shorts? Dunno. I can only guess it's too cold for just shorts but they want the mobility/freedom that shorts and lycra offer. Some guys with genuinely massive legs have taken to wearing just the yoga type lycra though. Not inclined to rip on them too much mind!

Its f***ing scary to think what society will be like with advances in phsycology and media tech! I was told at work about some study done about free will. Something to do with a high percentage of decisions we make that we believe are free are actually predetermined by our individual physcology/biology. A predisposition to a certain action. The implications of that alone are terrifying for a libertarian!

Give up man! Havent you figured kerny92 is a bot! A net footsoldier of this information army tasked with the mission of disinformation to quell free thinking rebellion!

Kind of exciting though, seeing not just politics but democracy evolving!... albeit into autocracy. Lol I honestly believe that 'we' will adapt and push back, righting this wrong. Well either that or we'll turn into mindless drones..... those who aren't already.

I'm on board with you regarding right to privacy. I'm just not sure anymore where that line is drawn on the net/Social media? Using the information we put into the public domain to tailor propaganda etc I don't see a problem with (at least not one that should be fixed). What is classed as public domain on the other hand I feel is a bit grey these days and makes me twitchy, for the privacy reason obviously. But perhaps I've just been 'normalised'!

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Inverted_totalitarianism Be all this as it may, I don't think it should be banned. It's our responsibility to communicate, to debate and argue, to discredit sources that are biased. I think we'll "find a way", it just might take a bit of turmoil on the process.

Riiiight..... whatever.

Yep, but I don't go calling the fellas that defend my country terrorists even if some folks in the ME think they are.

You've got a shitstorm inbound when when of those men in uniform read that.

Specifically? The fact that GCHQ/NSA are monitoring everything I do pretty much unregulated and unaccountably or that this is a massive abuse of government and liberty? The fact I'm being monitored doesn't particularly bother me, the abuse of power does and I'd end it immediately given the power. Do you trust the government with that power? Do you trust that the anti terror results are worth the risk of massive corruption through giving all that power to the executive government? There are certain principles and established norms in democracy for a very good reason. reasons we are fo

That's totally understandable and typical of a British citizen.
-
I think that's true of most Brits. But not a f***ing chance I buy into it personally.

You offer an outside view mate. Quite often it takes that and the associated questions to challenge those that are perhaps too close to the issue.

The harm principle! Now that's the nitty-gritty. Any freedom carries risk, it's part and parcel. I know where I stand, I'm just interested in challenging the more centreground/layman on where they stand on it if they're gonna invoke it.
