Agreed but there's a detail here that should really be stressed. This ruling doesn't allow businesses to refuse business if they don't like the customer (because they're gay for instance), that would be illegal generally. They have ruled, however, that in this case the sexuality of the customer was not significant in the bakers refusal to do business, it was simply the product that they were being asked to provide. Basically, the bakery would have refused to bake the same 'gay cake' for a customer of any sexuality.
