I’m a little addicted to it now, in the garden have had everything from blackcap, white throat and curlew flying over…..pretty accurate and picked up Tree Sparrow as opposed to House Sparrow……sat out at lunchtime with it and stomach rumbled and up popped ‘Rock Pigeon’ !! …..whatever that is !…..have tried to fool it wit rubbish cuckoo impressions but not having it.

Lovely mate, takes me back to when I was a nipper, found a slow worm in Wales when on Holliday. Persuaded my old man to let me take it home to Yorkshire….put it in a tank and 2 days later it gave birth to a load of little ones !….kept it and the young ones for a year and took it back the following year and let them go
