for those with an intrest.... Julius Maddox....the American powerlifter has just broke his own world record for the second time in bench press ....it now stands at 755 lbs or 342 kilo he did this in training so I don't think it counts as official ....his previouse record was 744lbs...and a before that 737 lbs...all done in the last 6 month or less... this is a raw bench press only using wrist straps...no bench shirt or anything

yep.....was getting £4.50 a brace from that big game dealers at holme wood.....and that was one big place.....proper factory unit ..red deer going in there from the highlands to get prosesed ....

its the way the locals say the word bird...... "went out shootin bods last neat"....... or in English..... we were out last night shooting birds.... just local dialect from around the Mansfield area .....

it was common back then......all farms burnt the stubble... like the other chaps I remember watching when it was first on.....watched it the other year as well ...think somone put up on here or moochers..... I remember remarking on how quiet the country lanes were he was peddeling along.....shame there not like that anymore

I don't think he can do it whilst still power lifting and bodybuilding ......he needs to concentrate on just one thing....but he is phenomenally strong....think his total in power lifting is over 2400 lbs

yeh ..hes only young is Tom....and another giant like Hathor...and shaw ....all around the 6.8 mark....Hathor and shaw around 200 kilo...Tom's a bit lighter....he's one to watch for the future ....hes got a good deadlift ..... did you see Tom came 2nd in the british strongest man two week ago ray....and his brother 3rd..... also Terry holands is the senior worlds strongest man......won it about 2 month back....think its for over 40's

My grandad was in Burma as well......he was in tanks.....joined up in 39.......Europe ..North Africa....finished in Burma fighting the japs...finished in 45..... he never spoke much about it....that generation didn't .....but one of the few things he did say was he was 12 stone when he joined up......when the fighting finished and he weighed 7 stone.....he was never a prisoner of owt...it's just they had no suplies...and as the japs retreated they poissend everything all food and water

in general yes...... so if you want to keep ferrets on the larger side then yes use a bigger hob......however like I say above that's genrelising .....if your smaller hob is a good worker and has what you want then use him.....and try and keep the larger ones from the litter.... got two cracking hobs here you could use....but I'm a bit of a treck from you.....

First buy some sheet netting......it's basically a long net without the running lines... I do it outside ..got a nail on my outhouse...about 6 foot off the ground....then get your sheet netting out it's bag and hook each end mesh one after the other on to the nail.....the end meshes are the ones that are freyed where they have been cut...there will be 15 or them.....I have 2 marks on the wall...4 foot and 4 foot 6....cut the netting at the desired length ....making sure to leave plenty of length on the cut mesh.....this is so it's easy to tie the length of nylon your going to briad the
