We have all heard the over exaggerated stories mate but I can guarantee this happened as I know a lad that was on the same course that passed ... The most extreme Ive seen is a mate of mine that broke his leg on a training exercise and when I was on a weekend visit to my old girls house I passed him running along the road with a full cast on ... I stopped for a natter and he had only had the cast on a week but was going stir crazy so had to get out of the house lol .......

sorry I have not read any further than this, so apologise if it's been said elsewhere, but the reason they all had troubled upbringings is the fact that most of the original sas were former borstal boys, i was taught this in borstal myself, it was one of there claims to fame and something they were quite rightly proud of, and having served a few years at, Portland and guys marsh, borstal,s I can confirm that shooting women and kids would not raise the heart beat of most inmates, it was a very strict regime based on military discipline,s were they would basically break your sole and spirit, the

It's not the hard ground that bothers my dogs feet as you say mine work all year round from a very young age so have very good feet ... But the heat is completely different ... We only have around 2 months a year of what I would class as summer weather and those are broken up into a week here and a week there so the dogs never really get a chance to acclimatise to the heat unlike in oz so when it is hot the dogs suffer if their run to hard ........
-
The difference is that your dogs are brought up in that heat from the day they are born so they are acclimatised to it ... I am sure that if you brought your dog across here and worked it on a high fell in December it would suffer with the cold far more than a dog bred over here .......

I don't think that little flame will deter many burglars ........
-
I live in the middle of the sticks so harvest my own wood and season it for 12 months to get the best burn out of it ... I've got a jotul wood burner that is brilliant ... You can basically put in a log as big as possible close the door and it will burn all day and still produce plenty of heat ... Amazing wood burner .......
-
Any chance you could PM me his number socks? I'm not going to just give his number out mate ... Pm your number and I will pass it on to him .....
