FUK me socks that water was cold when I dived in it took my breathe away ....my boabie is usually 9 inches a a wrinkle but it was 9 wrinkle and an inch when I got back to dry land ...he gives me 100% so I wasn't giving up on him ....he's looking brighter every minute but he is like a balloon his stomach full of water ....I've given him a jab and just away to take him to vets to get him checked over October isn't the best time of year for dog rescues from water lol ... hopefully he will bounce back 100% ... can you not get those neoprene jackets for dogs that give them a bit of boyancy ........

I can only talk from my own experience but I have seen a Pedigree Whippet kill pre ban Hares in big fields single handily on numerous occasions. Also the nose on a whippet is not given the credit that it deserves. What a whippet might lack in terms of top end speed they certainly make up for with their nose Kicked up summer leverets don't count ........

I know what he was getting at I was being sarcastic ... Where the dog is actually jumping is the road into the estate and the fence he is jumping goes into a grass plot so no danger there ... The road with all the vehicles on is indeed a main road and busy ... BUT it has traffic lights and those island things that mean cars can only go past slowly so the dog is in no real danger ... If the lad wasn't confident in the control he had over the pup he wouldn't be out there doing some jumping he would be in a field somewhere ......
