Funnily enough only last week I found an old Asherman chest seal amongst my bits and pieces and I nearly threw it out but I kept it just incase ... I know you haven't got a sucking chest wound but I could bring a knife with me ... failing that get to the doctors .......

I can live out of my truck at the drop of a hat ... which I pretty much do ... got plenty of warm kit... waterproofs ... sleeping system ... shelter ... food ... water ... fire lighting kit ... cooker etc in there 24/7 so I'm pretty much prepared for most things ... except a tsunami ... I will now add my blow up Kaiak to be safe .......

I did this just last year with Krawnden off this site ... at first the conversation was always about him getting better and what treatment he was having etc and I just followed suite ... but as time went on and he started fading when I visited him he would ask if I can sort the ferrets his guns take his youngster out Ferreting etc and of course you do because that's what mates do .... what I learned from that was to let them lead the conversation and just keep it as light hearted as possible .......
