To get this back on topic here are a couple of pictures of smoothed and feathered Saluki's, all bred by Paul Sagar. Saw them run many times and still see the back n tan smooth run (second photo) and was doing the job last season at 7 years old and doing a good job at that.
(Cocker the feathered is Maggie)
Another of Maggie (sadly no longer with us)
As already mentioned first x's are smooth.
My whippet Sagar has just covered a friends nice bred smooth pure saluki. He's seen my dog work and wanted a pup out of them both as do 3 of his friends who's seen both dogs run. Would have a pup myself if I wasn't ill. Hopefully they'll be like a long range missile instead of a pocket rocket lol Although my whippet has a good set of lungs on him and stays longer than the f***ing mother in law.
Dowdings vets at Gainsborough did my mates springer last year for exactly the same reason. Needs to be done a good few montsh before the season starts again as they can take a good while to heal when done when there fully grown
No, get a 3/4 whippet 1/4 beddy, more versatile, size of a whippet but better alround rabbit dog imo.
Lol total bollox,
Source a well bred whippet and they will do what a beddy x will do and more and without feckin yapping lol

My friend has a couple of black n white dog pups available and there ready now, docked, dewclawed and chipped. drop me a message and I will pass on his phone number. From working parents.
Look up seasonal canine illness, a few dogs have died after being walked in clumber park and they say its harvest mites, they go into shock from the toxins after being bitten. I know the local keepers and will let them know so they can tell the beaters and pickers up on the shoot. Thanks for the heads up.
I like it, in his first post he says he's pedigree whippet then says it's 1/4 greyhound lol. If people ran non peds at the pedigree whippet race meetings they too would be breaking track records..
