  3. Aye ive of pulled them all downward imagine all the songbird fledglings that would of saved
  4. Ive always removed the jill at 6 weeks if there eating and drinking fine and run them on by themselves till i get rid of them at 12 week lets me see there all doing fine and let the jill build up her condition as i can start ferreting horse paddocks in august
  5. If you think there eating and drinking well enough take them away from the jill it will give her a rest and let her build her condition back up and it lets them get a bit independence's and still play with kits there own age till there big enough to rehome
  6. I take a springer as a back up when we do the research park and still like to shoot a rabbit or two with it but at night when lamping you really notice the noise difference

  9. I took a run up the other night and as the farmer was bailing hay it was worth it being seen and talking to him , but apart from the hay field nothings cut and there's nothing on it . There's a good few rabbits starting to appear and i shot a dozen for the ferrets but even with headshots they where jumping into the gorse and i couldn't even see them never mind retrieve them . He said at least mid August before thinking of making a start on the barley and wheat
  10. But surely if you where paying top dollar for Cocker Spaniel you asked to see the bitches pedigree ? or Kc papers ? .The fact there where none was your time to step away but by then most breeders are banking your hooked seeing a cute litter of puppies

We went up for a weekend sport with a couple of mates of mates LOL , we did a bit of there ground then unknown to us they just jumped the fence farmer drove past us and just waved , other place someone came over to see what we where up to and said have a go on my place if you want . My daughters up in Aberdeen area i find them the nicest friendliest folk out and i would move up there

  13. I use my snipped hob it doesnt bother him in the slightest it bothers me more where i use him the price of the snip and a collar on top of it LOL

  15. Ive got a load of smaller needles 5/6 inches and start 50/100 nets as having large hands its the part i dont like and do maybe 8 rows them i swap to the larger needles and can spend a day knitting nets its the part i enjoy more and your not long in rattling a few up
  16. It shouldn't make a big difference but the reason i liked buying a 500 brick of 22 ammo was it was all the same batch and it shouldn't affect the zero but buying 50 or 100 at a time they could be all different batches and affect the zero slightly
  17. Aye i learned the hard way to up the bulb you have to replace the chrome reflector with a metal one to upgrade the bulb
  18. Aye its dead easy junior hacksaw carefully cut the resin off the back till the old collar slides out slide in a new collar and i use resin to set it in again
