    Ive 12 ferrets here all colours mostly the lighter colours as i find there easier to see when working and ive 3 BEW jills and now 1 BEW hob there a little bit different but nothing special just working ferrets and when i last bred them i gave them away for free even the BEWs Its crazy just now for animal prices but on another site a guy reckon the markets coming down now

    As said your no going to get permission on here get out and knock on doors but your going to be lucky all the farms round Kinross are are let to goose guides me and my mate went up one side of the motorway to Perth and back down the other for 1 permission

    When i went out to fed the ferrets on Saturday night my complete hob was missing , i think his rattling of the door to get into the jills with the snipped hob had worked the snib loose . Had a good look for him and as i thought no bloody sign a 5 year old BEW i thought he gone even if someone picks him up .Phoned the SSPCA unless your wanting to donate or report cruelty there only open Monday to Friday 9/5 but my son went to the local inspectors door and got a number phoned it no joy no been handed in and the wife put it on face book . i went out with a lamp and saw loads of rabbits but no blo

    It nice to see a nest with youngsters in it , All i seem to see now is nests on the floor probably pulled out by magpies or crows im thinking ?

    Went and saw the farmer coming back from another job today , He said the white 21 plate BMW is connected to the 09 plate peugot that looks like its been dumped on the farm road as the security guard from the site next to the farm saw a white car when the other car was dumped , but by the time he got there it was gone .The phoned the police but as the farm road is private there not interested LOL

    I usually do a fair bit of ferreting off adverts so i reckon a special ferret is just a plain grafter you can take to different jobs big 500 hole burrows to three holes deep sandy warrens that go off the box too almost rock burrows and they just do there job 4/5 days a week pushing rabbits out

    Well we went out lamping last night stopped at the top of the farm drive sorted out the kit and had the first rabbit in the bag in under 5 minutes , saw another one heading towards the gate followed it with the lamp and there's a sitting there lit it up nobody in it or near it ? headed down to the farm parked up and started in the first field good few rabbits about but the grass is nearly up to my knees and there running and jumping like Skippy the kangaroo after 2 laps of the field i had , had enough it was more like a gym work out than lamping .     Only thing cut here is one field of hay LOL the rest wont be cut till mid august , then he says theres loads of rabbits running in and out the bottom of the big field the cattle are in but i dont know if somebody was in with dog or lamped it as one night last week they went threw the fence and took out 6 stabs LOL can you thin them out one night ?. im going to see what its like Friday night as its back to rain sat & sun

    I got a phone call so took a trip to see a farmer and he was moving hay bales into trailer loads and he said there's a few rabbits about you will know what areas . So i took a walk with the rimmy . First thing i saw was a cracking Roe buck then i took out 4 fox cubs and after a couple of hours i had 20 rabbits so called it a night . i was away for a week and went back and first thing i see was a fox looking at me over a gorse bush so i gave it a lead earing then after a couple of hours i had 4 rabbits and was frustrated by the length of the cover so i took a run down the farm road and got anot
