Looking good Millet. I would add more greenery, a couple of potted conifers and also a flat, shallow bowl on the floor in each flight for the birds to bathe in. They like to bathe each day. Don't get bogged down with over-complicating feeding....a standard british finch mix is as good as anything to start with, i used to just add a dash of conditioner and some wild stuff to it during the winter weather. A great thread.....I miss my aviaries...

Are you sure about that? I've taken plenty of out of focus action shots....like.,..plenty. It's not the camera body, it's the lens. I use a canon 300 ml f2.8. It's heavy and after a full day running across fields with it you really know, but i get the results i want. I've devoted my life to taking action shots and it ain't as easy as some think. You get lots of disapointments but, occasionally, a real gem shows up....JD -

Hope for the best, prepare for the worst. guys. Get medical records for your dogs, don't keep dodgy photos on your computer and especially not your phone. These new GPS phones not only store the time and date but also location of where the photo is taken. Most important of all these days is insurance, I'm with SACS. I hope I never need it, but if I do then it's there. -

It's alot of history, getting history down while people are still alive. Talking about the memorable days, some famous matches and famous dogs. There's been loads. My good mate was taking out the anti-bear trap mechanism from his HW77 when it went off at full cock, almost severing his finger. My other mate has a brand new HW90 when they had just come out, his brother decided to pull the trigger with the barrel down at full cock. Result was a barrel like a banana! Another mate has a pellet sunk into his calf where a lad behind him shot him as he played with his trigger whilst walking behind. The list is endless, but at least these accidents happen with air guns and nothing more powerful, thats why air weapons make great starter guns, i

yes, but in 100% of those cases people have signed a form and basically given the TVL their details. It is not a grey area, it is black and white, don't speak to them. As it happens I don't watch TV at all, or in fact, recieve a signal, but it applies to everyone.
