  2. Fare to say looking more closely at there van it's a bulk bag in the back of it rather than a little sib,but don't be fooled into thinking the coast guard ain't looking just because there's lot of traffic. But i do understand how it works and a few years back me and my pal were heading back in from a evenings fishing and out of the gloom as it were came this little rowing boat with a afganni looking old fella sat in the from complete with his little afganni hat with a younger isis looking fella rowing like a demon against the currant until they landed on orford island, they then went ot the sea
  3. There little blow up is in the back of there van in the picture, that picture is just for effect to make the story a bit more meaty. That's my look on it as any body would know a rib that big will show up on coast guard radar and it meeting a bigger boat would get them out to you,my pals have had it happen to them just while messing about offshore and tying up together for a natter and the coast guard came out to every boat to check what they were up to..
  4. I've done things that would have gotten me as much time behind a door for a lot less in my past , but at this time in my life and what i have achieved living a straight as i can life then no mate..My boat i use for Bass fishing and i can see a prison from where i fish and sod being behind one of those windows watching me living a life wishing i had thought about it a bit more..

  9. Where do i start as at the moment i look like one of those russian homeless glue sniffers,i lost my front teeth a while ago but they weren't real just a cap type jobby then i had 6 took out last monday and still have a swollen face, but that was the knocking back to solid to rebuild with dentures in 3 months time.. I hadn't been able to get a dentist for years and was lucky to get a couple of teeth pulled at xmas last year at a cost of £580 but was lucky enough for my misses to see someone filling out a NHS form when she was at her dentist and she asked for one for me and they took me on. 10 y

  17. You can freeze it but just double wrap it in newspaper to stop freezer burn, when i had my birds i did protect my birds from all the things that can and do hassle them as there's the rest of the world for them to be in and not on or around my flights..Better that dead than your birds in my eyes mate...

  21. That's a set from Suffolk next to a 45 gallon barrel and that was just over 18 stone emptied out and i have seen far bigger in the forest in Norfolk many times and i once heard a herd running before i saw them and that was something else and there must of been nigh on a 100 deer and that was very near to Shadwell Stud..
  22. He's a lucky man indeed and i have bumped into a few of those beasts while around the forest and although the dogs were willing i wasn't as like you say they are massive and those little un's the jocks called beasts are half their size eh,lol. But if your ever over this way or your pal is interested i can take you to the farm that used to have the Red herd and some of the old posts for the fence are still around the fields called the Deer park still and the old boy will tell you the history of his grandfather and the deer...
  23. Just under 20 miles and the estate at Shadwell has some history about it, one story i might have said about before is a farmer in my village during the 1800's had a deer herd and a pack of hounds and would hunt the carted stag.He travelled to Hungary and bought some red deer as they were the best he could buy in Europe and brought them back and bred them with his herd, when they banned the hunting of the carted stag he let his herd go instead of culling them as the powers that be told him to do so and the red deer around Shadwell have been DNA traced to the Hungary reds and that is why the red
  24. Simon is a great fella who i know ans he lives on my road about half mile from me,our kids went to the village school together and his kids are a credit to him and his wife. Iv'e lived in Norfolk just outside Diss as it goes for 20 odd years now and it is the county of game aplenty but it is also as boring as feck with no hills and the view is the same no matter how many fields you walk over, pluss it's eastern coast line is as dull as the chocolate sea that runs down it's side but the north coast is of clear water. I go sea fishing in Suffolk and do so much better there, it's a funny old count
