I think Boris did well on a lot of fronts , uniting Britain a little after the decisive Brexit vote, giving us the democratically voted Brexit, dealing with pandemic faster than much of Europe, offering Ukraine assistance rather than the left eu states that were solely reliant on Russia and didn't have the balls to deal with him even after occupation and invasion of previously 'free' states. Part of our cultural predicament is that people that want fame are generally egotistical and lose themselves in madness and them become role models for the youth. Get rid of TV and internet for a coupe of years, give kids mecano and books... Not that it's ever likely but it makes me laugh people let their kids loose on tech and TV and blame the idiots when they're the ones subjecting their children to it all.....

I was the same going from working away all the time , lucky enough to get couple of grants , spent an amazing summer with kids, paddling pools and BBQs , missus has allotment so kids spent loads of time up there. It was a once in a lifetime for me, missus did loads of school work with kids, Obviously time lost with my late father was a big negative, but that aside it was good times....

Seems all a bit french/Irish celtish.... Lol, I had red last night but not my normal go to , Guinness I enjoy some in the winter ... Wales has decent wine and beer... Whisky/cider not so much lol

Make a wish ? , I like to buy British, when not drinking foreign stuff, korev is okay , we have utopian lager which is great but only found on tap I believe. Cider English only I'm afraid and the best I've found with decent voltage is lidls vintage which is 750 ml for under two quid and made by Henry Weston's ....

I have the pleasure of taking kids to pub tomorrow to watch fa cup , can't say I'm excited but maybe a bit to see their reactions to the shouting and atmosphere, youngest is man u , I've looked at the odds , not in his favour...
