  6. There are plenty of "Rhinecrews" on Greyhound data; here's a couple http://www.greyhound-data.com/d?d=rhinecrew+zara&sex=&color=&birthyear=&birthland= Cheers.
  7. Nah...... It's deadly serious !!! LMFAO !!! Cheers.
  8. Italian greyhounds in the UK are classed as a "Toy Breed"; not a "Hound Breed". They are VERY prone to broken bones, and although there WILL be people come on here and say they own, have owned or saw one working and doing incredible things, it should never even enter anyones mind to use them in Lurcher breeding ! Using an Italian greyhound for working is akin to using a Yorkshire Terrier as an Earth Dog ! Cheers.
  9. Any Whippet racing track. There are two in Newcastle; Westerhope and Wallsend. Cheers.
  10. No, you may be very proud of your dog, and I admire you for that, but I'd bring any Whippet I know, and race your dog and beat it !! Your dog's obviously a good dog for you, but please don't say she is as fast as a Whippet, or else we would have Beddy X racing instead of Whippet Racing ! Cheers. mmmmmmm, I love a challange Rich our Milly did 9.40 from out of the traps yesterday, over a distance of 160 yards, and she's only 10 months old, not bad for a beddy x Well, that's around 8. for 150 yards, Geoff, and you know for a fact that aint good enough these days ! 14. i think if i had to have one just for deer pre ban it would have to be a deerhound x Saluki x for me, but i have never had a deerhound x, i just stick to what i know i think the saluki would probably be a better choice if i am honest turn it into a bit of an all rounder..... A lot of people dont like them, but put the time in, and they are hard to beat, and never revert to heavy handed tactics, or else you aint going nowhere Not having a go mate, but have you actualy owned a Saluki or Saluki X ? You are dead right about the "heavy handed", by the way Cheers.

  21. Yes plenty mate thankyou...do you? if you read my first post you will find i have never had the pleasure of catching one and shortly after the ban i joined the army for 5 years so i never got the chance to keep a dog let alone run deer, but if you want to be an arse dont let me stop you we are talking pre ban here aint we No ones being an arse, Ray; just it would be pretty stupid, even suicidal, dog wise, to post pics of dogs and deer on an open forum ! Cheers.
  22. I remember a while back, a guy posting on here and saying "even the worst Lurcher will kill daytime Roe" !! I questioned wether he had ever ran roe ? Yes I've seen the stupid ones, day and night, that run into fences, etc; but I've also seen them go over fences like an Olympic hurdler ! LOL ! You get one that knows where it's heading, and you need a good fast dog to take it ! Cheers.
  23. Good luck with the show, Dave ! I know you guys do a great job at rescuing and rehoming ferrets ! Cheers.
  24. Steve; Fox Hunts are still allowed to operate within the "Hunting Act 2004" but Coursing Clubs are not. Fox Hunts can "drag hunt" to a scent. but, unfoutunately, there is no way around the legislation as far as Hare Coursing goes ! Cheers.
