    Mark said if he gave up lamping and got into day walking he would beat them all in his first season ! Of course their egos went off the chart and they threw out challenges to him. Miles challenged him to a “best of three “ with his coursing bred against Marks little hairy whippet lamping dog. The rest, as they say, is history. They have never got over it. Cheers.

    I have “discussions “ with them , or “debates”. It was the day walkers that almost brought this site down when they went into meltdown when a little rabbiting bitch humiliated them at their own game. They still haven’t got over it even all these years later ! LOL ! Cheers.

    Been out with the dogs, back for lunch, then down to the allotments for a couple of hours , then home for tea, then back out with the dogs. It’s a hard life for us old’uns ! LOL ! Cheers.

    Honest question mate; why are you so scared of plough ? Surely to be an “elite “ dog it should run on any ground ? What happens in a grueller when the hare takes the dog from good ground onto plough , does that cancel the match ? Cheers.

    I don’t know mate , but Sleight also had a whippet stud at the time, hadn’t done a days work or won a race but was bulled up, ( pardon the pun) , as another of his super studs . Cheers.
