  1. My deer x bitch loses weight and condition during her season so I give her similar to that, but chicken and tripe. It seems to work . We’ve been discussing feeding raw green tripe on my WhatsApp group and all agree it’s great grub for dogs . Cheers.
  2. Don’t get me wrong, my dogs would happily eat a tin of chappy or Aldi complete dog food, but I know they look and perform better on the diet I’ve got them on. Yeah, it’s more of a fuss, but it’s my hobby, I’ve got a chest freezer in the wash house for dog food and any game of fish I might get. I get around 50 kilo of raw minced chicken at a time, it comes in 1 1/2 kilo packs, I take one out of the freezer at night and feed the next morning, so no real problem with flies. 8. I spoke to him a while ago, doesn’t like his name mentioned on here, we lamped up and down the country with impunity, in his Subaru, all winter for a couple of seasons and never got stuck once ! LOL ! He actually lined one of his bitches with Scout and offered me and LDR a pup each. Cheers.
  9. The family owned swathes of Hampshire and owned race horses ? Cheers.
  10. 100 yards minimum. Cheers.
  11. I may be wrong, mate, but my take on this, having a bit of experience of pure and non-ped whippets is that the non-peds suffer more foot problems than the pures is simply down to the fact the are far, far faster and , usually but not always, racier built, more muscular, for their size, (height). Its a definite that the non-peds suffer far more gracilis problems as well than the pures, again I put this down to the speed difference. Just my opinion . Cheers.
  12. No mate, years ago . Cheers.
  13. A few more Irish Wheaton lurchers my pal has owned over the years ; Im not saying they are better or worse than any other types, just posting a few pics on a lurcher forum. Cheers.

  22. No mate, I’ve killed pariah desert dogs with Salukis, but the desert dog is a worthless cur, only brave in a pack. Dan Edwards who was on here and lives in Illinois is the man for coyote dogs. Cheers.
