He may LIKE the UK, but he puts America first and foremost. If it came to our interests or Americas interests, he’d abandon us like a worn out shoe, and I don’t blame him, Len. Allways put your own first. Cheers.

I don’t think Trump has our, or Europes , interests at heard, but I do think he has Americas interests at heart. I think that ANY government should have their OWN country’s interested at heart, but sadly Starmer and his government don’t seem to agree with me We shouldn’t have to rely on Trump to take care of our country; that’s our government’s job, but they aren’t doing it……. Cheers.

You could see VV’s head drop when Littler moved up a gear. VV has got the skill but lacks the bottle just now. He’s number three in the world now, I think, so it’s great to see some young blood like Littler and Van Veen up there, but I did have a bit of a hope that Anderson would have a bit of a last hurrah and make it to the final, but he was never going to beat Littler, the stats were against him . Cheers.

For me, it’s a binary choice; democracy, ( and remember, Churchill said democracy was the least bad form of government), or dictatorship. Im for democracy, at least we get a vote and can, theoretically, get rid of a government we don’t like, but with a dictatorship, they get rid of us that don’t like them ! Thats my very simple view of it. Cheers.

Ask any Fabian you may know if they still believe in eugenics and watch their reaction, it’s either complete confusion because they don’t know their history or they just go mental and call you a Nazi ! Its good fun, honestly Cheers.

Imagine how good he’d be if he didn’t start so slowly ? Could be the best I’ve ever seen . Cheers.

Or as Pete Hesgeth, the US Secretary of Defence said at Trumps press conference; “Eff about and find out “… Cheers.

Another move in the “great game” of world chess. China holds military manoeuvres around Taiwan, America deposes a communist leader in Central America. A message to Iran that American is, in Trumps words, “ locked and loaded” , a message to Putin that his allies are in Americas sights. Not to mention that Venezuela has the biggest oil reserves in the world ….. As the Chinese saying goes; “We live in interesting times…..” Cheers.

I gave them 100 yards start, (I know it only looks like 10, but honestly it was 100), and still beat them Cheers.

Show leeks, onions, cabbage and garlic growing under lights and on heat mats. It’s not as easy as people think, those old pit men growing show leeks are more competitive than even the day walkers Cheers.

I was meant to meet him when I was in Texas, but by the time I got there he had moved to New Mexico. He died shortly after. An opportunity missed….. Cheers.

Good stuff. Used it years ago on the whippets and greyhounds. When the deer x sprained a wrist I got some of the Radiol Muscle and massaged it in three times a day. Came back good as new. Cheers.

I’ve seen plenty REAL 3-4-5 minute runs, I’ve also seen plenty 1-2-3 minute runs that people thought were a lot longer. Can you quote where I said a dog can’t open a door ? Cheers.

I had a pure saluki when I lived on Saudia City in Jeddah. I used to drive over to the other side of the city to my pals house and let the dog follow me. Then it started getting there before me and waiting at the door. I found out it was taking short cuts through the parks and through open doors in the blocks of flats ! Maybe it was an “outlier” and not as stupid as most Salukis ? But, as you say, most could be infuriating Cheers.

I’ve had a few Salukis, pures and crosses, and I’ve always considered them amongst the most stupid of the canine species; but I’ve obviously had the wrong ones, some mentioned on here should enter Britains Got Talent, they’d win the £250,000 first prize hands, ( or should that be “paws”), down ! Cheers.

When I used to bread budgies I’d get the odd one with club foot but I’d cull them . I didn’t want to breed from them in case it was hereditary. Cheers.

Ali visited Saudi a few times, to perform the Haj and to visit schools , etc. He visited my daughter’s school twice and chatted with the kids and parents and had photos taken. Its to my great regret that I was out of the country both times and never got to meet him. Cheers.
