    I’ve got to admit I’m the same. Keep looking at spring guns I fancy, then I think about the perfectly good ones I’ve already got that never see the light of day. I know if I bought one I’d have a couple of weeks when I can’t put it down, then it’d join the others for a long rest. That said, I know it’ll happen (many times) again eventually ?

    Yerr, warm today. No shooting for me though, I was doing the brakes on my truck and sweating like mad ?. Had to have a shower when I’d done??

    Yerr, same here. I’m not even bothering setting any feeders up yet. I’ve picked a few off walking around but that’s all since last winter.

    My mate had the plinkster in .22 and it was crap.

    Whoever came up with this must have had a lot of experience trapping stoats?. I’ve been at it for decades and never had a problem using fenns, they should have told me sooner, then I’d have known better…..never mind, at least I know now ?.

    A few from this last week. Plenty of wild food about at the moment so I’m not setting any feeders up yet.

    Make your own Tom. Caustic soda mixed with wallpaper paste. Make it as strong or weak as you need and it’s dirt cheap and easy to do. Mix it strong and it will melt your paint brush.

    I haven’t seen that many about yet since winter. Not bothered with setting any feeders up yet. I usually start about October, November time. Got some squirrels in the garden but left them alone as they’re doing me a favour by eating all the conkers. Hardly any conkers left now though, they’re a right pain to clear up when they start dropping. The squirrels in the garden have also been raiding all the wood pigeon nests as well. I will repay them for all their hard work later in the year….?

    Yerr, some snowflakes on that airgun forum as well. They seem to add their own bits on to the general license to make life harder for themselves. Just like they’re trying to talk themselves out of actually shooting anything. ?
