    I looked at the .204 but getting what I want in lefty seems to be the problem, I know I can have the .223 within a week and I think it will be more than enough rifle for the scope

    My .243 is a t3x lite stainless and I don’t think I’d buy anything else now, I had a .243 tikka varmint barrel and it was like carrying an assault cannon i used to take people out with me just to make them carry the rifle

    A little bit off topic, but I’d be interested in a few other opinions ive just had a phone call from a mate of mine, he has resubmitted a shotgun grant form after having both his FAC and SGC revoked 4 years ago following a domestic incident, ( no charges ) now this is the second time he’s had it taken off him, the first time was for drink driving and common assault ( the first time he got everything back after 12 months), now firearms have rang him today asking why he wants it back, he told them he’s a part time game keeper ( which he is, sort of ) and the lad who runs the shoot will vouc

    I think that’s the way to go Dave im thinking tikka t3x lite, adjustable as the wraith sits a little high, no doubt the it will cost me more as the racist gun makers persecute my lefty people ?

    After using the wraith on the .243 I decided I didn’t want it on that rifle, I was going to go 22-250 but the distance the wraith works best would say it’s to much rifle for the scope, so I will eat my words, I put down for a .223, I’ve never had one and always said I wouldn’t have one so we’ll see how I get on with it once I’ve built up the courage to part with my cash ? hats off to firearms, 48 hour turn around on a variation ?

    That sounds like a cracking adventure, I’ve just had a look at your YouTube videos and realised I’m subscribed to it, if you are ever around Teesside or North Yorkshire on your travels you can give me a shout and if I can help you out a bit I will, weather it be shooting ( rabbits/ deer ) or running your dogs or a bit of ferreting I’ve got different bits of land that suits any of that, good luck on your adventures ?

    The main problem I have with BASC is they are a multimillion pound business now and don’t offer its members good value for money, instead of using its vast amount of money to support mr average joe bloggs they spend all there time organising events to make more money. I’ve known a few paid up members that have needed help and they have been told basically to tow the line or there’s nothing we can do for you.     You must be thinking of a different BASC to me, I was thinking of the one that when wild justice got the GL pulled they buried their head in the sand and left it to the shooting community to badger their local MP to sort it out or the Canada geese pest controller who was constantly harassed by anti’s while doing his job and when the anti’s got the police involved they revoked his ticket, a fully paid up member of BASC who did nothing to help him and had to get his own solicitor to help him have his ticket reinstated.     Well I took the.243, didn’t see any gingers and only a few rabbits, I’ll leave them alone for now in the hope that at some point I’ll be able to take the young lad from the shoot out, without been fined or becoming a super spreader
