    Certainly looks like an otter. I've never seen a live one but have a stuffed one in my office. Mine is at lest double that size though.

    My mate got called out to a wasp nest yesterday. It was at a hospital above a doorway in an air brick with several small wasps coming and going. The last one I did was the first week in December which was way past the end of a normal season.

    We get people asking all the time for jobs. When I first started I just went through the yellow pages and rang them all until someone said yes. If it's what you fancy good luck, it's a great job. Ask if you need any info.

    I've seen spars catch a few birds close by including a French partridge which seemed to explode in feathers about 10 yds away but the one that sticks out the most was a magpie chase then knock out the sky a sparrow which It then dropped onto and killed. This happened on a street in a town about 15 foot away.

    My mate uses an archer and its a great bit of kit, see a fox clearly at 300 yrs. Not sure what ir he's got on though.

    Does anyone have any experience with the laser torches for bird control ? A waste transfer customer in my town has problems with land gulls feeding on the waste on there site then flying across the road to perch on houses craping all over them. They have asked me to look at solutions. I know most of the visual kites ect are only of limited use and flying birds is costly (though this maybe a last resort) The agri lasers that killgerm sell are £300 for the smaller model but befor I buy do they work or just a gimmick.

    It's a long time since I worked on large 360s but as king says, steady away. He's more concerned about safe working practices than speed. Always look before you slew round and if your loading trucks or lorry think about there positioning and safety.

    I packed the fags up three months back and went on a vape, they take a bit of getting used to but we'll worth it. Love trying different flavours and not smelling like a ashtray.

    Never heard of Fox's digging them up but badgers definitely do. Would like to see trail cam footage of em doing it !

    Stayed at a couple near me around matlock that were decent, can't remember the names but Google will tell you . not far to travel, decent scenery and fish n chips in matlock bath.

    Probably clothes moth. Empty the wardrobe and give it a good Hoover . Dry clean the clothes or tumble dry if you can, Hoover the rest of the room thoroughly particularly under bedroom furniture, spray some fly spray into the room for a few days before you go to work . Check the carpets for damage if it's a high wool content. If the damage is more wide spread through the house get a professional in. Hope this helps.

    While i have been trying to talk people out of treating bees, A friend who works for them was told to do every bees nest that came in this year. I took a new farm on a month ago that was heaving with rats after being on contract with rentokil, took me two weeks to clear. I literally wouldn't pay their lads in buttons.

    I hear one at the back of my house every year and was only just thinking she wont be long. My mum always says, Arrives in April , sings in May, lays eggs in June, and in July flys away.

    I went with the meynal hunt. It was a great atmosphere and looking back I feel proud to have stood up for something I believed in. Well done those who got off there arses.

    I've just bought a tikka 595 in 243. Can anyone recommend a suitable round for it ? It's a 1 in 10 twist and will be used for fallow and muntjac. I've heard they don't shoot 100 grain very well ?

    Deker, I've had the same indexing problem with mine. Took it to the local gun shop who used to stock them when they first came out. They said they used to fettle them as soon as they came from the factory before they went on the shelf. You have to undo the allen key bolts on the serrated indexer and adjust from there. That's about as much as i know !

    Fox pro all day. I've got one of the original fx3s , had it probably 10 years, before bushwear started selling them and it' still going strong. Expensive, but the sound qualities great. Not had anywhere near as much success with a colbri.
