  1. Crumbs, I didn't realise there were so many ways, my phone/PC is set up to download them so its easy, then just copy/drag to THL.
  2. I suspect the owners may like to rewind to before the escape!
  3. Farmers/Landowners/Country folk are generally brilliant compared to domestics. They want to know everything, keep pestering about gun/ammo/missing, then they turn up with a coffee and turn the lights on, doing your head and night vision, and then keep asking when the fox will turn up (after I've asked them to keep a diary of times) and how long I'm going to be there, will I get them all, will I have to come back, etc,etc,etc,etc....................
  4. That may be an issue, my region favour revolvers!
  5. Ben Taylor (Theoben/Rapid) got involved in a FX, is that the same or a completely different FX?
  6. I simply don't use it any more, comes out for a clean and check every now and again, Airsporter from about 1972, bought new by me and still as new condition/performance. Dealt with a lot in years gone by. Seems a shame, anyone interested drop me a PM.
  7. I remember the guy who I sold the rifle to said he could get the 3D quite cheap, even though I gave him 2 x 12 shot OEM mags in the deal. How are you getting on with them, sensible offers considered from anyone on my proper Rapid one. Cheers
  8. Senopex A7, that one has got by me, need to have a look! What's your experiences with it please, the good and the bad? Cheers
  9. Can you guys stop shooting them or I'll never see a black one.
  10. Thanks for that, I can't see one listed but I'll drop them an email!
  11. I've got what is a virtually brand new (Old Stock) OEM 12 shot, .22 Mag for the Theoben if you are interested. Originally bought as a spare, and it's only just turned up again, the Rapid is sold so this is surplus. Sensible offers considered, I know they are stupid money normally!
  12. I want to like that and laugh, but I'm scared I will get cancelled.
  13. Just the same the Police have told me several times to dump my .22LR Pistol and get a bigger calibre!! Seems very odd to me when we all know about pistol difficulties that the Police are encouraging me to get a more powerful one. (I do get it, and I'm looking for one, just seems strange for the police to tell me to get more powerful) PS anyone know of a .357/38Special Revolver available anywhere, short as possible barrel, they seem like rocking horse doings at the moment! PPS the .22LR is VERY capable on fox when used properly and a lot bigger things, CLOSE with a Pistol when
  14. Seen a few dark ones, but never seen a black one like that!
  15. Cheers I have spoken to more pals in the business and other than carpet beetle and moth they are scratching their heads! I think I shall steer round this job!
  16. Ok, I'm fine with the carpet beetle and moth, but.......... ...about 4-5 years back I treated a domestic for carpet beetle, job done, everyone happy. Just had a call from the client saying the problem is back and it is down to a bug that lives in Chestnut trees!!!!!!! They tell me their neighbour had the same problem and was told to cut down their Chestnut tree, which they did, and the problem stopped?????? Of course the neighbour doesn't remember what these bugs are called??? My client has 2 Chestnut tress and will never cut the them down. Is this a wind up, have I missed
  17. As is so often the case this thread has widened out considerably. Apparently 99 ILLEGAL immigrants came across the channel on Christmas Day and are no doubt in a nice warm hotel somewhere now, having all their medical/clothing/food/etc needs taken care of for them at our expense. Whilst The Salvation Army is begging us to donate money to the BRITISH, homeless rough sleepers, in this county! Go figure!!!
  18. As mentioned other ammo is available for the .22LR, however, first choice for me is the air rifle.... or traps or baits!!!
  19. In case you haven't heard yet!!!!........................................ As you may or may not have seen, Envu UK have released a press article announcing the withdrawal of Bendiocarb for the UK PCO market. We would firstly like to emphasise that the withdrawal date of January 2024 is for the production of product. It is believed that there will be a 180 day ‘Sell by’ window following this, making the product available to purchase until June 2024. There will then likely be a further 180 day ‘Use up’ period for PCO’s, taking us to the end of 2024*. As your supply partner, we wa
  20. It was always on the cards, but Bendiocarb has been superb in my experience.
  21. Dare I ask what happened to the application???
  22. But at least they are getting shorter now!
  23. I don't know the specific answer but it is a potential problem many of us will be facing in the future, as we end up lead free! Barrels/twists are built with current general ammo selections in mind, and as the lead free alternatives all seem to be lighter, who knows where we will end up!!
