I got the Android Auto thingy in my new van and I'm selecting various playlists from bands I like from Spotify and YouTube music onto my phone for the 25 minute drive to work. These playlists also have random artists scattered about and I'm hearing stuff I've never heard before. Anyone like the Auteurs? Cheers, D.

Either first time I seen Bowie on Alladin Sane tour at Blackburn king George's hall 1973 (£3) Queen at Liverpool Empire 1977 or Pink Floyd at Maine Road 1983. But at the time a lot of gigs are the best ever, I miss regular live music, used to have bands on 3 times a week at the pub where Mrs. D mark 2 worked. ? Cheers, D.

One of my ex bosses has a place out there, I believe they never actually own it and can't sell it on to anyone? Anyway at the time, late 90s when we were doing all the "fancy" holidays she said we could have a couple of weeks out there foc anytime we wanted. I said thanks that's very kind but I wouldn't go out there if you paid for our flights and gave us spending money as well tbh. ? Cheers, D.

There used to be a little caravan thingy that went round the country fairs down here. Sold all sorts of exotic stuff, bison, rattlesnakes, kangaroo, ostrich. Even sold locust or ant ice lollies. Rattlesnake was decent but it was expensive, can't remember exactly but me and a mate shared at a pack, think it was about £20 for a half pound pack and that was about 10 years back ? Cheers, D.
