    Some one switched my head for a turnip this weekend! Yesterday when I got out it decided to open the floodgates of the heavens on me! I spent most the time sheltering. I never did get a shot and boy am I glad! On the way home I noticed I had plugged the barrel with earth How I did it I have no idea! Today it got better! The turnip still was not working! After getting this squirrel. I sent my wads down without powder first. Talk about dumb! I had to tare the gun down, remove the liner and get some powder in the breech to shoot the wadding out!     Yep, when my cp1 co2 gas is running out my shots go right. My trigger finger has more influence on the longer barrel time.

    I am long sighted too. I had to sell my 94 because of it ?. I never handled a HW70 but on all open sights they need day light either side of the front sight in the rears notch. Kind of don't need the rear in focus then! A blurred front and your knackered without glasses? U.

    Hold it loose. Don't fight to keep the sights on target, let it float around while you gently squeeze. Use the sights so you can sit your target on too of them. So you can see the whole target. U.

    Yes, some suffer from bad in letting and not enough contact with the barrel or plenty of clearance for the barrel.My first one had a bent forend so I made a jig and steamed it over boiling water for a few hours. Eventually it gave and when it cooled set straight. Another one is stock screws just touching the bolt although I never came across one that the bolt handle touched the stock.
