Yes and no, sometimes I do. I have in the past used my muzzleloaders on shoots and done ok

Super stuff, just the sort of thing I hope to do once I get the various prerequisites sorted out. What load do you use, specifically wadding please? Lol. I forgot my measure! But found a cartridge hull so cut it to what looked like an ounce of shot. Used about 3/4 the volume for powder. Wads were thin card+wet leather (with olive oil)+card. Over shot was half a fibre wad. U.

I missed this fox last week. Tonight I tried a different approach, I hid in the lambing shed as the farmer said it ignored him pretty much. It worked and tonight I did not pull the shot! U.

Popped out with the dog after work to a favourite spring ash tree. The woodies love to pluck the new shoots. I had a good old plink on the way, to 60yds plus. This rough diamond of an air gun is so much fun. Anyway it took two woodies without much fuss. U.
