It's not just catties.
The banning of archery equipment for hunting was a travesty of justice and prevented it being done wrong by zero.
Hand guns being banned is the same.
Catties are not defined in law so kind of neither illegal or legal.
It's like muzzle loading rifles, fine for target shooting in the eyes of the home office but a no go for hunting with and that is despite there not being any written legislation banning their use for hunting!
Ironically one can use a smooth bore to hunt with! Go figure.
Alot of these laws were/are heavily influenced by the anti hunting groups
Mine is ok, 13plate, just had it a year.
Good on juice and as good if not better off road as my jimney.
Yes a cheap car but for the money good.
Nissan drive train too.
Changing the oil is a pain, removing the heavy steal sump guard take time.
My radio blue tooth packed in and the USB port too.
Expect a few rattles and a whirring sound when it starts from cold.
It is a Pedersoli Indian trade gun.

All you need is a Black Powder Certificate from your Constabulary joining a club is only if you have a firearm and wish to use it which will be on a approved range a shotgun can be used for game or clay shooting if you are a club member or not providing you have a S.G.CertificateFeltwad
Yes I have sgc. I (and another person) was told we had to be a member of a club to get the black powder certificate for training proposes.
That is wrong I am afraid. You are being told a lie.

Thanks. I only have the two rimfires now but in the past had all sorts of rifles on fox.308, 30/30, 357, 6.5/55, 243, 222 and hornet.
They were all good. Then there are the muzzleloaders, now that is fun!
