  4. Been stuck a few times myself in all sorts of vehicles. You got a good bag all the same. Last night I missed a easy fox. :-(

  9. I don't mind the noise mate, in fact I only have the mod on it as it is better to aim off hand than without it. I love this little round and have taken as many fox with it as i have any center fire. It certainly claims more small vermin too.
  10. A grand afternoon hunting small vermin. Several squirrels, a rabbit and a magpie. On the way took some photos. Woodsorrel in flower. Some greylags. And of course, our woodpigeon. . U.

  12. Just needed a brace of woodies for the pot so waited under a shooting ash tree and it soon paid off. Jess helped me locate one stuck in a holly, good girl. U.

  15. That is great fun. I like it windy for woodies. A sheltered roost and you can't go wrong. Sometimes a squirrel turns up too. Nice one. U.

  17. You sure know how to bring a good dog on! Love the photos. Here is my little Jess, didn't get her until she was past two years. She is tiny but squirrel mad. Once shy of guns now loves them. . Got to love running dogs ? U.
  18. We use to shoot heavy rabbit infested new plantations on hill sides. We would observe rabbits reaching over the tree guards and eating the saplings. The gaffer of the estate paid us and paid for powder, bullets and primers by the thousands! We became good shots back then !
