  1. Good result as usual BN would you be able to do me a favour please? Could you take the action out of your HW100 and put up a picture of the inside of the stock? I know it probably sounds like a strange request - my local RFD has got one in that I keep thinking about ........... the shop is one of those posh shotgun places that also does a few air rifles - I don't think he'd let me have a look without buying it first.
  2. One thing that you won't hear much about - home schooling is on the rise all over the country. .......... a lot of kids are doing well from not having a lefty agenda shoved down their throats. They're still socialising and learning well - it's not as difficult as most would imagine
  3. I'll PM him for some tips
  4. All this football talk is great lads but, can anyone get me the fountain shitters number? ........... I'm feeling fruity
  5. I thought it sounded better than Bermondsey
  6. Yep - it's on the www for eternity now. ............. kids will be writing essays about it in years to come, like Shakespeare
  7. That must be some gaff - I don't know anyone with a fountain in their garden. ........... apart from my nan but, that's just a little effort in the koy pond. Lord Gnasher of Peckham ?
  8. There's a big feckin chunk of truth in that mate.
  9. Yes, you're right Phil, the A&M ones do have to be emptied first.
  10. That's pretty much my thoughts on it all.
  11. I don't have the answers mate but, they have put a lot of businesses and individuals into more debt. ......... how much is now owed to HMG from tax deferral schemes alone? It's easy to be cynical when you look at the numbers.
  12. I've had A&M cylinders on a carbine and a normal length - the cylinders are the same length as the HW ones, maybe a couple of millimetre difference. Both were good - lighter and better shot count. .......... the carbine cylinder gave me very nearly 3 more mags (42 shots) and, put the balance point just in front of the trigger guard.
  13. I hope they stay safe mate ? ............ I don't doubt that Covid is a real thing at all - to me, it's looking like the numbers are being massaged to look as bad as possible (for some reason). If the government reports were honest and accurate, would it look any worse than flu? For your lad and missus, better to err' on the side of caution. Atb
  14. The second picture down looks like he's waiting for the mail train in '63
  15. It's probably for the best that it didn't happen - two foreigners rolling around on that beach, getting sand in their holes You would have only brought down the local house prices and embarrassed THL in the local rag
  16. I can't find the article now but, there was someone that had it and recovered then, later, they were killed in a traffic accident but it was recorded as a Covid death. The figures are being skewed.
  17. Scumbags - the police should shut that down immediately.
  18. Well, I still haven't heard of anyone catching it - not a relative, a friend, any contacts, friends or friends of relatives - no one. .......... I definitely haven't heard of anyone that I know dying from it - it's like it's all just noise in the distance. This part of Swindon has a kind of little village feel and mentality - everyone has been pretty relaxed about it all since it started - the only real difference that we saw was the barbers and the chippy were shut for a while (it's a shit chippy anyway). .......... people are still stopping for a chat in the street
  19. The Rumble in Port Talbot ........... I guess it just wasn't meant to be
  20. I watched Beetlejuice on Netflix last night - a bit of a modern classic now from 1988. I've always like the ending scene
  21. That looks like a good tidy set up
  22. You could give this one a go........ https://www.scientology-london.org.uk/personality-test/
  23. Don't do that Born .......... you'll either be eaten by monkey people or, bummed by a bloke wrapped in a dust sheet ?
  24. Early 1800s America. ......... I like the idea of riding around the wilderness on a horse all day and sleeping by a camp fire at night. Then moseying into a town for a couple of bourbons, a bath and a happy ending from some ol' sort Or, I'd like to go back to the 40s and meet my grandparents - see what they were like in their prime.
  25. It's a window cleaner called Mr Bit (missed a bit)
