I like watching these big card matches but, I don't think I'm in to it as many on here.
I've just watched a bit with Joshua on the news - he comes across as a genuinely nice guy and, humble.
...... They said he's got 20 wins with 20 KOs - if that's right, It's some score card.
I don't think they do a brass one but, they definitely do a black one for the Viper and Mamba for just under £34.
I can't put up my best shot with the TX because someone will kick my arse for it
Rowan bits are nice but, they're feckin' expensive - the only bits on mine that truly make a difference to my shooting are the adjustable butt plate and the trigger.
This TX was a bit of a treat as it's my favourite rifle - this one really is a keeper.
......... There's no way I'd usually spend that on extras
They're a good little rifle that recoils differently to a springer
........ I honestly think they'd be much more popular if folk went at them with less expectations.
I've been waiting for you to pm me your address so that I can send you random stuff
Ok, Jonny, to be fair mate, in my experience, .177 TX Vs .177 Ps, the Ps is bloody nice to shoot. But, the TX fits me better
Also, it's probably THE easiest rifle to work on - you really can fettle it to suit you.
You won't go wrong with either mate
That's a mean haircut Jo'
I like that set up - the stock, the rifle and, the diopter sight. I reckon I could spend a long time with that at the range
Ps, why have you got so many wellies?
Oh man, that's one scary looking geezer - I don't doubt that he likes the Airsporter but, I reckon he's threatening to bite your ear off if you try to take it back
........... The intent is in the smile.
Let him keep the fecker Bb
The Lightning GRT really doesn't seem to have many fans out there.
I reckon because the gas ram is unserviceable and, most people find them harsh.
I've read that some people convert them to spring piston.
I've tried a few and, I actually like them - I think they're a good looking rifle, the shoulder nicely, the balance is good and, that fast shot cycle worked well for me.
That's a healthy budget Griff
I'd also say get out and try as many as you can - lads at shooting clubs are generally a friendly bunch, only too happy to tell you about their kit and let you have a go.
But, my advice would be an HW100. You can pick up a very nice used rifle and scope and, still have a fair whack left of that budget
And that's why your first post on here is bollocks
You'll use a .22/.25 or whatever you get in FAC for a while but, you'll soon get back to sub 12
Whatever happens, enjoy it mate
By the way, good shooting and, good pictures
