    It's just cos their keen I assume. My dog was a b*****d for it all night, but now he's 50-50, hopefully more I get him out less of an arse he is on slip. Seems to pull more for certain things, deer n fox n he's tryna drag me sometimes. Rabbit n hare not so much. Hope everyone has an injury free season next season.

    Funny u mention electric fencing. f***ing horrible stuff. My dog jumped over one and run a rabbit missed it, on return I called him "up" but he miss judged it and landed straight into it. That f****d his return to me for a good few times. Had to pal him right up, he would come within 10 yards and be wary.

    For me I to will be concentrating on condition before I start next season as had some injuries which possibly could be down to condition of fitness...even though I thought he was fit. Retrieving had slipped also but he's been on fire with catching last few trips out. Will be doing more day work next season too. I also think sometimes my bond could be a little better with him, and sometimes think this could be making his retrieve abit worse for wear. But hopefully il get there. Good post and question. Nice to see honest post

    Running dog should be tested on running ability. And hares certainly are the ultimate test on running ability. Foxes test grit and gameness, still have to be able to run but nothing like a dog that catches deer n hare, just my opinion.

    Bigger dogs crash harder. Had quite a shit season, two injuries sitting good lot of time out, new pup through summer now bring it on back end next season. Caught a good few rabbits and got experience behind my dog, even if he has picked few bad habits up but hope to iron it out in summer with him. The times he was injured weather was good,then soon as he was fine be frosty or flooded lol aw well. Still better season than last.

    New detachable strong as f**k leads with locking ring and LED gate lamp on the enforcers. Doubt u will get the older ones now unless old stock but ballist is a louder fuzzy noise on older ones new ones u barely notice it.

    yes500metre is never 500 see able metres, think they rate it out reflective output or sumin. My 140 tracer was 400 metre but at 270 metres you could barely see much going on.

    the HID ain't 100w it's 50w and wipes the floor with the LED and the blitz. Been out with both. On big land when things run far. may be you need a faster dog to hit the fast rabbits be for they get out of the beam on the big land matewho mentioned running out of the beam? I never.You can see much more with the HID at further distance than u can with LED lamps and that's a fact. I know your selling the LED lamps, their good for the money. But if someone wants a big distance then o don't think the LED lamps cut it. Just my opinion. I also think the problems people have with spotting with Led

    My dog used to retrieve live to hand but has played up since having faster rabbits. Pain in arse but I'm hoping some perseverance will see him right.

    you might aswell not have a lamp with u if u put a filter on one lol I been out with one, there good for medium fields and that but they get lost in bigger fields. Field I lamped were 40 odd acre and it sucked it. Where as my HID picked up two deer in hedge other side of said field.
