  1. Could try soaking in Butter Milk ( milk with a lemon juice ) then coat in flour, then dip in whisked egg then coat with Panko Bread crumbs. Paxo do a Southen Fried Bread Crumbs I tried Chicken in Air fried the other night IMO good. Cheers Arry

  11. Mate I've only been doing it about 18 months so I class myself as a novice. There is more experienced lads on here than me so maybe they could help with advice. I bought a minelab Vanquish 540 and just got some blue tooth headphones which I must say are brilliant. It's not having a wire and not having to take of the headphones to dig so much easer.   14. The only star that does not appear to move in the northern hemisphere is the North Star "Polaris" because it sits right over the northern axis of the Earth. Like wise the Southern Cross sits over the Southern axis and also does not appear to move as well. How do I find the North Star?   23. I"m liking your train on thought FD. I to have never seen a big cat even though I'm an old f****r now done years of shooting foxes, rabbits and few other thing before the law changed. As said before was doing it for pelts frowned on now with the fur trade gone. Lamping at least 3 nights a week skinning the other days only once did I see some eyes that I knew were different. Can't say it was a Big cat but it was animal quite large and covered some ground very bright eyes, who knows. But mates I shot, dug and ferreted with have seen them as I have said before.
