I'll be honest I don't really know. Could be "Inky mushroom" poisonous or "Scaly wood mushroom" which I'm not familiar with. I defonatly would not be eating it. There is thousands of fungi and I now a few but hard from a photo. I keep saying I'm no expert. I've just taught myself the good ones to eat.
