Hi all, I’m looking for recommendations on gun rack holders that work well for a hunting setup at home. I want something solid and safe to store my hunting rifles and shotguns, preferably suited to a hunters’ garage or gun room environment. What types of rack holders have you found reliable in terms of build quality and securing your firearms? Are wall‑mounted, floor stands, or custom DIY solutions better for quick access and organisation? Any tips on keeping them rust free and protected from damp would be great too. Cheers.

Always thought I wasn’t a cat lover, then as I got older and smarter realised I just don’t like cat owners. Had someone at my door a few years back with a petition to ask the Scottish govt to make it a legal requirement to stop if you run over a cat in the road. I said I’d sign it just after I’d signed the one to makes it illegal for an owner to allow a cat out to freely roam the streets, shitting where it pleases, and decimating the local songbird population.
