gnipper 5,948
The two I have now are alright until it comes to food time and the eldest bounces of each side of its pen like a demented zoo animal whilst making a racket. The last lurcher I had would have 5 or 6 shits on a normal round the blocks walk and I'm sure the twat did it on purpose especially when you run out of bags and he squeezed a sloppy spoon full out. 1 Quote Link to post

But...... - He whines in the kennel on any kind of half decent lamping weather and also just in general when it’s dark between September and March if I don’t take him lamping. - Shits in the kennel like a slurry tanker. . . Generally in front of the door. - Bounces up and down in the kennel like a jack in the box, stamping in his shit and smearing it over the bars and kennel door handle. - Goes mental bouncing and spinning in circles if you take the other dog out and leave him. - When you do decide to take him out he gets so excited he screams round the garden like he’s doing the wall of death and spins in circles and it’s impossible to get a collar / lead on him until he calms down. - Cannot be let of the lead for just a walk, he WILL find something and he WILL kill it, probably in someone’s garden. Other than that he’s a total pleasure. yep ...got them as well ...kennel bouncer....in fact i really must film this and put it up....bonnie the mother of the two pups was a kennel bouncer...but shes old now with a fecked shoulder ...but shes passed it on to one of the pups....quite remarkable athleticism really.....all four feet of the floor at the same height about 3 and half foot... i do like this trait though....apart from the shit eater likes to shit in front of the kennel door....doh our terrier is a howler when shes in season or the other dogs.....and she likes to do this around 6 am....no other time of day.... MH1 1,805
Weird with food is one of the main ones. If I'm out working at night and my wife has to feed him he won't eat a mouthful of it, but he also usually won't eat if he can see me, I just have to put the food down and get out of sight. 1 Quote Link to post
Mr Wilkes 2,915
This one I have here used to eat for England until 10 months or so then just pushed his fukin nose up… he will go a week eating his snap then won’t eat for a day or two, but he will eat till he busts if my daughter hand feeds him. And don’t get me going about drinking water from a bowl….he’s Never done it but a dirty fukin puddle he’d drink till he popped. 1 1 Quote Link to post
Gilbey 1,408
Yeah turning the nose up at food for no reason is annoying as fook, and not drinking when you offer on a hot day etc. Squeaking/whining, digging in the garden, going "cracker dog" in the garden. Their full of devilment Quote Link to post
chartpolski 20,409
The Mini Manchester Terrier I had would bark at his food for ten minutes every time it was put in front of him before eating it ! The barking got worse as he got older, then he barked non-stop from three in the morning until nine, and I mean non-stop, monotonous barking. He took " the one way walk" very shortly afterwards....... Cheers. 2 Quote Link to post

C.green 3,203
I hate a dirty dog and a dog that doesnt hold condition or is a poor eater. But i once had a very sharp fast sort of dog that had a knack for certain qaurry so i got into the habit of quickly getting to him and breaking him off if i could. Well this dog got into the habit of pulling stuff away from me and dodging me grabbing him with certain stuff making a noise that it did this was a big headache and caused me a fair bit of agg lol Quote Link to post
Borr 4,495
I got a small dog that'll shit five times at the beginning of a walk, preferably in spikey bushes, piss on people or anything for that matter , he also performs fellatio on himself which is vile or maybe I'm envious. Got a bitch here that's an angel except with other dogs and has gotten decidedly worse over the last year , lack of socialisation on my part but a bit of hereditary issue and her muzzle arrived today as it'll allow her more freedom and reduce my blood pressure....had shit rollers and shit eaters , and shit dogs but the dog violence does my swede in a bit. I'd say most of it is due to lack of work tbh.... Quote Link to post
Moocher71 4,044
If me old dog don't roll in something on a walk they something wrong with him . Fox ,cow ,sheep ,badger crap and dead vermin are the norm to roll in but he also found dead fish and he looks so happy with himself when he comes back stinking , 2 Quote Link to post
