to have the corvid jab or not

I've posted the point before but what do you consider the worth of your elderly relatives and neighbours?

Again whether anyone gets one, or not, is none of my business and I couldn't care either way but then I'm not worried about me catching the virus. I'm concerned about passing it on to someone that could potentially have a much worse time of it than I would. I watched that scenario play out in real time in the last couple of months of 2020.

I understand the concern of getting the jab but I'm more concerned with the factors behind letting this rage on for the next 6-12 months.

You can't halt age mate when it's time its time

Haha.... what attitude?

Why is my attitude any different to yours? I've not had the vaccine... looked into having it or been offered it... i wear a mask in public placed..baa baa..?.. I tend to just get on with it you know like 99% of the population... I just find it strange that I've now got some attitude and because of it the countries f****d?? I reckon I do more than enough good shit to hold my head up and know the country aint f****d on my part..

The not bothered attitude let them do what they want and go along

I’ve been waiting to react to this post until I spoke to my sister in law , who works at Gloucester Royal .
Now I’m all for a conspiracy theory but this is just a journalist who was looking for a story and stir the shit . The area she filmed wasn’t near the covid wards which are in the tower block and can’t be accessed by the public, she filmed an area of the hospital which was more or less shut down because of the holidays and staff shortages . The members of staff at GRH feel insulted and angry with this story .

?

No lads I'm not allowed to just enter the hospital. That's why I had to give my car reg number and mobile number once at the hospital aty appointed time they will ring me ask. Where I'm parked stay put until someone comes along and escorts me into the hospital    tests on me approx two hrs

I was due for rotator cuff surgery in December, was booked an appointment for a Covid test prior to surgery.  Op then cancelled.

My TL had an op a few weeks ago, had to have a covid test 3 days before and isolate until the op. If he didn't the op wasn't allowed

Why was she arrested filming a hospital at all though J .Even if she made up some story to go with the pics it’s hardly an arrestable offence .More bollocks written on here by the hour I suspect yet no arrests .

Absolutely but I still don't believe it's worth that risk. I can't just look at my family, and say "F*ck em, they shouldn't have filled up on butter and sugar post WW2."

I understand that the risk increases from most things, with age, but I just feel that I shouldn't be personally responsible for accelerating something that I know I could avoid, hence my comment about worth. Again I understand why people don't want the jab but I don't want to attend a funeral over something I could have possibly prevented either, if that makes sense.

Thats not so bad Keith, I'd say that's a good standard of care...

Good luck mate

Lol

yes but if they wanting to stop the spread in hospitals and the community surely those going in and having to stay a few days would or should be tested on entry and on release ?

You'd certainly think so
