Waz 4,291
Fcuk your boss.. Your colleaugues support you (could be them next time!), so now your boss looks a cnut. I used to be a subby for a housing assoc' eventually went on the cards with them (no choice), there was certain colleagues that couldnt go to certain tenants. Some of the chirpiest/easy going lads there had complaints about them. So try and treat it like water of a ducks back. Jacked with the HA after they started putting trackers on their vans....well I was trying to run/start a new business while working for them. Couldnt be in 2 places at once with a tracker, although some of the local lads used to take a pushbike to work with them in their van LOL

jok 3,437
I've just read the lot and to me the whole thing is mad. To put in context what why I say that is that I had to put up a fancy Marquee for a fellas 40th. As you might imagine that doesn't happen overnight so we had a bit of lead time. Funny thing was, a phone call the morning of the evening of the party, said 40th birthday party guy phones to say where is the tent.? In the context of your dilemma this was huge. Mother Nature had taken it's course and said venue was in the next County. All he did was laugh his balls off and everyone went to the pub instead. Don't worry too much pal. There is always a shining light at the end of every black tunnel.

bird 10,014
If he works night's he would probably be to tired to play Xbox true , i worked at goodyears 3 shifts , years ago and if you been on nights you need your sleep mid day. but the bloke was a prick, you should have kicked him in balls with your steel toe cap . if there was just the 3 of you there , the lad could say the big prick fell over coming down the stairs, its your word against his ..he wont have a witness it will be you and the lad word against him . you should booted him in balls, not the face as it would have shown . go back to the job let him gob off , and if nobody else there give him size 11 in the ballbag
