Yea when I was hurling I used to use a mixture of wintergreen, olive oil and poteen for any bangs and belts that I got. It was good stuff.

hi my wife had to have two discs removed about 10 years ago,which has been ok uptil now,now i think another one is on the way out and she is in constent pain,she has had pretty much most pain killers but none would ease the pain,

now she is on morphene,which is a slow release over 12 hours and co-codamol 30mg/500mg inbetween the 12 hours, which seems to be working for now untill she see,s the surgeon again.

i fecked my back about 10 years ago and it aint been the same since.I now suffer with Sciatica and killing back pain docs cant and wont do anything untill i give up my work.So i go Regular to back doctor ,co-dydramol 500, a few rockets and a small dose of diazapan to stop the spasms.But sometimes nothing works, so its pain management as i dont wanna be popping pills every bloody day...

Have you not thought about spinal fusion......i was told mines not bad enough to warrant it yet but more than likely will at some stage.......ive done a bit of research on artificial disc replacement which is still pretty much in the development stage but hopefully will be more common place by the time mine needs it.

spot on see a chiropractor,i could nt even pick up a celcon block off the deck,in pain,but he put me right,felt like a new man,quite amazing as i thought it was a load of bollacks all that stuff.
