    I found 2 step ladders in the local recycling years ago. Some rich people bought them to do a bit of painting and threw them after . Literally nothing wrong with them but a bit of paint on them As with most equipment and stuff I've had I've got no idea where they are now or where I left them

    Yeah their not all bad I suppose. My oldest friend is a electrician and is spotless I think my frustration with plumbers and electricians is they always seem so clean and dry . Where as in covered in skim or adhesive or out in the rain If I had my time again I'd choose plumbing I think . They seem to make a good wedge and if u can talk a good game you will never be out of work .     Theirs a electrician around here who sweeps up, bags up all the rubbish and leaves it on the job . Got no problem with that , I'll sort the rubbish along with mine . But theirs also ones that leave every offcut of wire everywhere , all their empty boxes of clips , all the light boxes and everything everywhere . Males me feel a little less guilty when I take handfuls of their cable clips for my collection whenever they leave them around . Always good Nails in those clips for plaster beading.     Might be a case of if your telling them "in the next year or so" they just think your just fishing for prices I'm a self employed builder , nothing major just me and for periods I have someone with me labouring . I've been to price lots of jobs where they tell me on the phone what they want done and I go round to have a look and they give off the vibe their on the fence about having it done or just want to know the price of having things done . Nothing wrong with that by the way but its a killer measuring up to redo the whole upstairs or something substantial to then hear back after you'

    Just you mentioned he's keeping the lie going because of the money he makes from books and convensions etc . Can't see there being much money up for grabs in this field , seems for most involved theor probably out of pocket

    Apparently he has given Hundreds of thousands of pounds away In the past to good causes and to people. He comes across as a really top bloke . When he did this on that tv show it was in every whatsapp group I was in , everybody was in love with it . Even my mother messaged it to me it was that popular . I get goosebumps still when I listen to it

    Theirs always been scummy behaviour. Didn't Frankie fraser rob people's houses during world war 2 In rural Wales here it's still pretty safe . Guy I know in town has never locked any of his doors ever . Kids leave bikes down the parks occasionally and they stay there . Obviously we do get crime and every once and a while a shop gets done or petrol station gets robbed at night but almost always when they catch the people it's people from Cardiff , Liverpool or far away . I know what you lot talk about with crime happens, I'm just glad that my kids don't have to go through being aro

    I've got to agree with you there sons of anarchy was crap . I've trued twice and got half way through the show .     It was life changing for my dad having grandkids . Before my kids were born he was slowly turning into a miserable old b*****d . Years of recovery from a broken back after falling through a loft hatch in work , the realisation his retirement wouldn't be the free time to do what he always wanted that he had planned because of his back etc . Grandkids came along and it was as if life was breathed into him. If he didn't see them for 3 or 4 days my mum would message " could you bring the kids around for a hour or so if you've got time, your dad's getting cranky not seing them " He made blow
