I watched a joe rogan podcast with Riley gaines the swimmer about transgender swimmers and it breaks your heart seing their life's work just be taken from them . My daughter plays football at a good junior level and is now 13 , she has played football since she was 5 . We're a big football family , her brother has always played , I played and now part of the senior committee , uncles and cousins all play. Everything is football for her in her life . Now if it some point she gets to a final and gets beaten by a team with boys playing who now say they are girls then how is that fair

For me I don't think it's the Disney disneyfication, I think it's more the fact that because I've never been around them I'd just be fascinated in seing them. Obviously I know the damage they can do but because its never effected me or I've never seen it effect anyone I know my first instinct would be to just watch them

I listen to the meateater podcast every week and I have to say the American model for wildlife management sounds incredibly controlled and thought out . The way tag limits can rise and drop over the years to meet the population is a great way to run things If a set number of a certain species needs to be culled in a year then I'd rather it be by hunters whose money goes back into funding of animal research and conservation. I can't remember what the "act" or law was but basically all tags for animals goes straight back into wildlife and has zero talen on it for other government spending

That's what makes it all so amazing . For what seems like forever now people in power and through the media have just done what they wanted , people have called them on it online but nothing ever happens to them or are they forced to answer for their bullshit . Look at sadiq khan . Their is reams of shit that man has to answer to but he keeps just plodding on , nobody ever gets a answer from him and he's never held accountable for anything Now In America its getting called out and if feels great to see but also weird. I don't think their anything wrong with aspiring to be a tradesman or driver . What I have seen a problem with younger kids 16/17 years old in the football team is aspirations to make money from crypto /tik tok/ drop shipping . They all pretty much think its their going to make a fortune in them because it looks so easy on tik tok . Some people are builders , some people are architects . I knew my place in the world when I was younger and maybe to my detrement didn't see myself as the other . The kids I know don't see building etc as their career , its just something their doing for coin and t

Yeah exactly . I'm not sure the history or what it's like between Canada and America. But any blending of the two would have to be done to benefit the both of them and not happene because of power and economy bullying Canadians always seem good people in tv and the movies don't want to be going round threatening them for their lunch money .
